The young man that checked me in was very kind.

The young man that checked me in was very kind. He explained what would be happening with my Subaru. I was there to have my 3,000-mile checkup. I have never been disappointed when seeking your services. The express service each day is a great source for those that do not want to set up an appointment.

Service staff was informed and very courteous.

Service staff was informed and very courteous. Vehicle was completed in an average time. The only concern that they had was the technician was unable to duplicate my concern which I understand . The driver eye-site still doesn’t work. I can start the car up and the eye-site system knows it’s me, adjust the seat and mirror as designed. I can back up to get out of my driveway and the system disables. Itself and than may be disabled for miles and than it comes back on for a mile or two and goes disabled again. The system worked fine for the first13 months and now crap. I noticed online on Subaru blogs that a lot of 2023/2024 Forester have the same problems. If an option is in a vehicle it should work as designed. . I worked in the automotive,truck and over the road trucks dealerships for many years as a technician, warranty manager,service manager and service director and I understand these issues. I have absolutely no problems or issues with the dealership SUBARU has to get there act together. I was a loyal GM/GMC buyer for 50 years before trying Subaru
