I'm always happy with the service and cannot say enough about the staff. Unlike other service departments, Infiniti of Norwood only performs work which... is needed at a reasonable price. For those reasons I will continue having my vehicle serviced here and will purchase another Infiniti from Norwood when the time is right.

Happy with work performed although it took longer than expected? Car detail was good but one wheel was left dirty and wheel had dirt on it.

It has been over 3 months and I still haven???t received a refund on a runner fee that I was charged for but never used, a reimbursement for receiving... the car with no gas on delivery, and touch-up paint that was supposed to have been sent to me. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, management cannot figure out how to make this right. I receive endless emails asking how my experience was..My responses obviously fall upon deaf ears since nobody above Adam G has even attempted to reach out. The only response that I have received is that they need my address--even though I have received 4 statements from Infiniti Finance and I must have written down my address 25 times on the paperwork that I provided them with. Just send it to me so that I can put this horrible experience behind me! It's $250.00 and a $50.00 tank of gas which is really nothing compared to what I spent on the car. It's really too bad--the car is nice--I just cannot get the bad taste out of my mouth and the sales people at Norwood Infiniti have basically brushed me aside--almost immediately after the handshake.
My wife and I came back to buy another Infiniti for two reasons... great vehicle and great salesman Jason Cultrera. Jason always said hello when we were... in for service and found the perfect vehicle for us when we were ready to buy. Very professional and knowledgeable salesman... a pleasure to work with!

From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only... me on my behalf. I had a bad accident the day before and went to Nigel to ask him what to do. He had the QX60 on a lift as 2 technicians did a thorough exam. I was given a loaner and was told Nigel would call me latter in the day. He called as promised and said there was a lot of damage and he would deal with adjuster. He met with the adjuster, got an accurate quote and had my car towed to the body shop I requested. As a woman, often we are taken for granted but I have leased Infinity's for over 10 years because Ken Hubbell dealt with me directly. Love this dealership.
I had a bad experience with service that last time I visited Infiniti of Norwood. This visit I asked the service rep (Anthony) to spend a few minutes... with me before they even looked at the car. He was great. We looked at the recommended services; I came in for a oil change, but knew there were other recommended services coming due. Anthony was able to help me prioritize what needed to be done now and what could wait till my next visit. He checked in on me several times and made sure I knew what was happening with my car and how long things would take to complete.
