Nigel, the service manager... has transformed the service department from good to great! One of my cars has been out of warranty for 5 years now but I continue to service it at the dealer because I know that no other place can provide the same service.

Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department entrance.... I only have to wait for a very short period of time in the waiting lounge and I was informed by Antonio my car will be ready for me to pick up. Adam and Eric worked very hard to get me rhe most for my trade. They were knowledgeable about thier inventory and were able to advise me on the right features... without overselling. The transaction was smooth and fast. This was definitely one of my better car buying experiences.
My car would not start I called my sales person who told me to come in, when I arrived I was greeted by a very nice service person ( I???m feel bad I don???t... know his name ) he took my information he came out to inform me it would be over an hour and he would put me in a loaner. My experience is ALWAYS pleasant !
The starter of my 2013 infinity jx35 was defective and I have less than 51k miles on it..i was out of warranty. They charged me 400$ labor and 500$ for... a new stater. No deep cleaning of the interior of the car after services

The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience... working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
