I was very satisfied with the service provided. If I were to be “nit picky”, I would have liked the interior windows cleaned and the trunk vacuumed.

Sales part was fairly easy and straight forward.

Sales part was fairly easy and straight forward. Delivery and follow up is where this dealership fails. Beware once you give them your money, you become invisible to the sales staff you dealt with. Paper work is screwed up, waiting over week now, still screwed up, but no one has any answers. Title process is a problem as I reside in NH. But no one at the dealership has any desire to fix the problems. I may end up with a big paper weight sitting in my garage. And to top it off, they sent me a link to leave a review on their website but once it became apparent my review would not be good, the link was disabled. (Or they wrote a review for me because it says the link expired or a review has already been completed).

Michael Howard & Adam Goldstein provided exceptional

Michael Howard & Adam Goldstein provided exceptional customer service. I was not treated well when visiting other dealerships on my search for a new vehicle. Infiniti went above & beyond for me. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered with absolutely no surprises at signing. This was the most straightforward experience. Not to mention the Qx60 I purchased is a beautiful suv with unmatched quality to any other vehicle I looked at. Highly recommend!!

Gene Robbins is a liar and he attempted to attack

Gene Robbins is a liar. He told me that my engine was replaced while in fact, it was never replaced. He attempted to physically attack me because I reported to his supervisor that he lied to me and claimed that my engine was replaced. He is a fraud. He got mad at me because I did not tip him the last time I went in for service. I felt like there was a conspiracy against me because Gene Robbins was able to get other employees to cover his lies so that I can look like the one lying.

Good afternoon Kevin. I understand your frustration with the diagnostic procedure you had with us and our recommendations for you. You are correct, it could have been a very expensive repair with the converter replacement. The technician had noticed you had already replaced both of your catalytic converters with aftermarket converters that both looked like recent replacements. Unsure of why they were replaced and the problem you came in with, the technician had recommended that you needed an air fuel sensor replacement to start based off of the codes and readings we had however there was also a possibility of the new sensor not working correctly or fitting properly with the aftermarket converters. If this was not relayed to you in that way, then I do apologize for any breakdown in communication but we have run into many issues in the past with aftermarket parts causing additional problems for us and we do our best to try and advise you up front of any potential issues we may encounter. We try to be as transparent as we can with our whole service process. You are always welcome to ask to see what we are seeing in the shop with your vehicle on the lift or ask any questions you may have related to any inspection or diagnostic results. I hope you can understand nothing was done to intentionally wrong you in any way and should you have any questions or need any future assistance with your Infiniti we welcome you to come back.

Be very cautious when buying a used car from this dealer.

Be very cautious when buying a used car from this dealer. A few months ago we bought a 2014 GMC Sierra and from the moment after purchase had issues. Communicated most issues via email and asked for itemized documentation. Most issues were not resolved, more issues created, and general service items like cabin and engine air filter that were replaced were not. Event after getting back from a second service visit it has a rejection sticker... After getting the truck back and bringing to another dealer to resolve issues (which Infinity did pay for) I have found more issues not resolved by their service team that were pointed out and documented as resolved by their service team. Be very cautious if you are buying a used car here and get ALL worked checked over by your own mechanic be for it is too late like it is for me. If you are going here for service watch out as they are 100% not doing all they are putting on the invoices. I hate to write this review but the facts of what is happening at this dealer need to be known. My sales person Mike Howard did all he could to help me through the process and this in no way reflects on him.
