Great Service
I give Gene ,the service manager, all the credit as it was a very difficult morning. I had no appointment. I was in a panic as the check engine light was on with a few error messages about the chassis. He fixed all my problems. I was out before noon. My car was running great thanks to the mechanics at Infiniti Norwood and Gene

The dealership it’s OK and having hot coffee or chocolate
The dealership it’s OK and having hot coffee or chocolate or tea is a great thing. But the wait time when old broad like me was long. And I think they were thorough and working on my car, but a little expensive for senior wanna fix income.

I'm not sure I could be any more disappointed.
I'm not sure I could be any more disappointed. Run around, run around, run around. Standard sceevy car dealership behavior here. From the finance office to the service center, there is nothing good to say about Infiniti of Norwood. Buying a certified pre-owned car means nothing to guys at this dealership. I recently took my car to get the wheels refinished at an external shop and needed a wheel lock and a set of lug nuts for proper removal. I found out that these items were removed from the car prior to sale and so I contacted my dealership. They would not provide what I needed for proper removal of the wheels, regardless of the vehicle being incomplete at sale. A wheel lock key (at the BARE MINIMUM) and an extra set of lug nuts comes with all CPO vehicles. I am just disgusted with response from the guys here. They forced me to pay my $70 for what should have come with the car, being a CPO vehicle. When I mention standard car dealership behavior, I'm alluding to the fact that the VAST MAJORITY of car dealerships put on a happy face, try to hold your hand and befriend you during the car buying process. It's all an illusion. They will never help you if you buy an additional warranty, a CPO vehicle with built in protection warranty, or anything post sale. You're nothing to these people. They don't care. It's all about getting a sale, and nothing matters after. YOU mean nothing, they already have your money. That's the message I'm getting here. Facing potential customers and getting them to buy a car is the mission at this dealership. Your post buying experience will be nothing short of disgusting and leave you with a bitter aftertaste. Special mentions: I'm really disappointed by Robert Ross, or 'Ross McWillaims'. He was unwilling to make the situation right regarding the another set of lug nuts and a wheel key. He was insistent that I had lost the wheel lock key and extra set of lug nuts and would not help me out whatsoever. He said that 'we sold you the car a year ago and I cannot provide you another wheel lock key'. For the record, a wheel lock key is STANDARD with a vehicle, it's like receiving a spare key to a car. This guy had every opportunity to make things right and earn a repeat customer, but he did anything but that. Super sad and poor business practice from this guy. Adam Gianan. The individual who sold me the car. Whenever a problem with the car arose, he would always put it off to his manager. He would never deal with problem directly. The car, prior to sale, had nicks and cuts on the wheels, and after mentioning this to him, he arranged for service to buff them out. They did an acceptable job, just enough for a sale. External wheel shops have assured me dealerships do just enough to make wheels look presentable. I have no doubt about this after this experience. Infiniti of Norwood has left such a bad impression on me. I'll never return. I'm never going to pay $500 + for service with them again, and they'll never sell me a car again. This dealership is a primary reason why the model of selling cars in America is changing. Overtime, Infiniti of Norwood, like so many others, will cease to exist, and the direct to consumer from manufacture auto sale model will prevail. That seems like a far better way to go. Dealing with an intermediary (dealership) has never been a good experience. All of these guys are snakes.
