Overall excellent service..
VB has a good service department, but they have seemingly grown very fast in the past few years making it a challenge sometimes to get in and out without leaving the vehicle there for most of the day for even simple quick lane services. Scheduled appointments are a little better, but for anything more than a std “the works” service, expect to drop off the vehicle and arrange for your own transportation unless it is a new vehicle purchased there for warranty service, as I believe that is usually when I’m offered a loaner. Recommendations to management include lending consideration to scaling up the facilities and service advisor and tech personnel.

I am now a fan of the "No dicker sticker"
A very nice experience when you get their best price first. No dealing with the ususal "lines" you get from car salesmen and i got a fair price for my trade. My sales guy was very nice and he knew his product. I would definately look to them again when shopping for a vehicle.

“Works” Service
Service Dept. opened promptly at 6:30 AM which allowed me to stop without an appointment. Full services took 1-1/2 hours and advised of additional service but I declined and they were fine with my decision.

Van Bortel Ford Service
My appointment was scheduled for mid morning. I was advised about an hour to complete. Vehicle service was completed in a little less than an hour. As usual I was presented with a complete service status report, professionally done.
