I appreciate the service department, and especially Fastlane, at Van Bortel. I trust them, they are professional and very accommodating. The Fastlane manager has always explained things clearly and offered reasonable options - great place.

i went in for an oil change. They took care of tire rotation, fluids, etc., and did a thorough inspection. They pointed out that I should replace my tires in a few months. They got me in quickly and treated me with respect, talking me through all my questions. I have been a fan for a while -- Van Bortel has never disappointed me.

I'm so excited already! Becoming a mother of 2 in a few months, I'll be able to adjust easier with how much space there is in the backseat, for both my six year old and the baby's carrier. The trunk will be able to hold the stroller, groceries and anything else I need to put back there. And the Android Auto is awesome. I've already utilized Spotify to listen to my favorites on the way to work.
