Overall excellent service..

VB has a good service department, but they have seemingly grown very fast in the past few years making it a challenge sometimes to get in and out without leaving the vehicle there for most of the day for even simple quick lane services. Scheduled appointments are a little better, but for anything more than a std “the works” service, expect to drop off the vehicle and arrange for your own transportation unless it is a new vehicle purchased there for warranty service, as I believe that is usually when I’m offered a loaner. Recommendations to management include lending consideration to scaling up the facilities and service advisor and tech personnel.

I am now a fan of the "No dicker sticker"

A very nice experience when you get their best price first. No dealing with the ususal "lines" you get from car salesmen and i got a fair price for my trade. My sales guy was very nice and he knew his product. I would definately look to them again when shopping for a vehicle.

“Works” Service

Service Dept. opened promptly at 6:30 AM which allowed me to stop without an appointment. Full services took 1-1/2 hours and advised of additional service but I declined and they were fine with my decision.

Van Bortel Ford Service

My appointment was scheduled for mid morning. I was advised about an hour to complete. Vehicle service was completed in a little less than an hour. As usual I was presented with a complete service status report, professionally done.

2016 F150; 30k mile service; Seatbelt recall; brakes

Service Tech (Andy) did good job. Need to return for new Visor (garage opener). Service VP (Tom Anne) does great job ensuring all items completed.

I was extremely satisfied with the cordial Response .

We are leaving on vacation in approximately one week Van Bortle was able to fit me in to their busy service schedule.The service manager Yanny was very helpful and cordial to get my problem fixed.I will be bringing future business service and otherwise back to Van Bortle they were extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for better

The staff were respectful and polite and listened to all my concerns and were considerate to work around my personal schedule. The problem was solved professionally and in a timely manner

Service to fix a alarm

The service dept had me fixed and on my way in a very short time with no complications what so ever. This was a very pleasant experience.
