Oil Change and Tire Rotation

Tom and his crew provided fast and convenient service. Everyone was very professional and courteous ensuring that I was comfortable while I waited. Price was great and they provided me with a coupon.

Great service, clear explanations.

Dan Happ made this a very easy buying experience. Throughout the process he responded to our questions promptly, followed up and went beyond what I would expect from a salesperson, and explained every option regarding the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Van Bortel (this is our fourth purchase from them) and Dan in in particular.

Great customer service !

Great customer service. I was given a loaner vehicle to do the service work performed . I work was done faster than anticipated . Due to the winter storm I was able to keep the vehicle one more day to bring it back safely .

Excellent service, short wait, good coupons

This is the best dealership I have ever found, especially with regards to my salesman, Steve Miller. This is the 4th vehicle I have gotten through Steve, and as long as he is there I will never go anywhere else. My wife also just bought a vehicle there, with Steve, and she, too is satisfied.

Quick lane is not so quick

Oil and rotation took one hour as first customer that day. Duration and cost dont balance in anyone’s favor. Somehow, speed up service please

Overall excellent service..

VB has a good service department, but they have seemingly grown very fast in the past few years making it a challenge sometimes to get in and out without leaving the vehicle there for most of the day for even simple quick lane services. Scheduled appointments are a little better, but for anything more than a std “the works” service, expect to drop off the vehicle and arrange for your own transportation unless it is a new vehicle purchased there for warranty service, as I believe that is usually when I’m offered a loaner. Recommendations to management include lending consideration to scaling up the facilities and service advisor and tech personnel.

I am now a fan of the "No dicker sticker"

A very nice experience when you get their best price first. No dealing with the ususal "lines" you get from car salesmen and i got a fair price for my trade. My sales guy was very nice and he knew his product. I would definately look to them again when shopping for a vehicle.
