The dealership needs a facelift, only one vehicle in the showroom. The waiting room is a cramp space, not what one expects in today's competitive market. Surely not what I expect from Hyundai. I have owned three Hyundai's and love the cars I've owned.

Great buying experience.
Salesman Tyler Longerbeam sold us our car and did a great job. Very helpful and thorough. This is our third Hyundai and will keep buying them.

Terrible
This place is terrible! Every time ive been there they have kept me there for at least 3 hours for no reason! I have a lease and they got me in there to do an early trade on my SUV with promises of the same car at about the same payment. Hours later they tried to put me in the smallest vehicle with a higher payment smh. Waste of my time. So now my lease is almost up and I went to find out what I need to do. The annoying salesman kept showing us vehicles rather than telling me my options...even took 30 minutes of my time to show me a radio in a car he was showing us that was the same as my current vehicle! I told them i had bad credit due to divorce and he still kept pushing cars on me . well duh...at the end they said i had bad credit and couldnt do anything duh! And I still did not find out the lease procedures after 4 hours being there....thats all I wanted to know! My mom is a millionaire and was going to cosign because of my credit issues. This idiot told me to go to the bad credit car places where the payments are outrageous rather than ask about a cosigner. I told him that i had a cosigner and he said "that changes everything" ...i replied "it sure does...at a different dealership!" They definitly lost my business and i would never recommend them unless you just want to waste your own time by going there.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!
Buying a car can be an extremely overwhelming experience especially when dealing with a pushy salesperson. Fortunately, I had the most awesome experience with Ben Crawford salesperson and Dave Rice from the finance department, at the Hyundai dealership at Myrtle Beach SC. I escaped the fast talking and over bearing tactics that usually come with the buying process. I was indecisive at times but I was given the courtesy to think my decisions through with no hassle. First time I walked away after a car purchase with no regrets. I recommend this dealership hands down!

Not a very good dealership at all
This is my first time seeing such a dealership like Myrtle Beach Hyundai. Me and my family are visiting Myrtle Beach and I heard about Hyundai on a radio commercial. I checked it out and thinking to find a dependable sedan. I was wrong! My experience in this dealership was very bad. The employees will not take care of their customers and I have to wait too long. The salespeople don't know what they are doing. The building is not as welcoming as I thought. I will never be back again here!

Disappointed with salesman
I visited the dealership on several occasions this summer. At that time the salesman took my information. Upon his request I left detail of the car model and color in which I was intrested in. He was told I would be purchasing before January 5th. He called repeatedly with model and color not at all what we discussed. Sent threw my email photos of cars of which were nothing I was in the market to buy. Time passed I googled used cars.com. at which time a car was on their lot seemed what I was looking for. I emailed, called set an appointment. Offered deposit to hold the car, not nessary salesman stated. Drove all the way there only to find out it had been sold the day before my appointment by the same salesman. No call to inform me of the car being sold. Fustrated I requested management to discuss this matter. I wasn't angry, however it is no way to treat a customer. When speaking with management he seem sorry for my inconvenience. My words to him were simple. Cars.com lead me back to you to purchase the car. In my eyes as having experience in buying cars, this was the worse experience I'd ever had. Upon leaving I reached and with a handshake I did thank him for his time. Wished him well. However, I expressed that I would never be back to that dealership. I have since bought the car model and color I was in the market for. That transaction was a very pleasant.

Fantastic Dealership
Being retired I've obviously at my age bought a lot of cars. Hyundai of Myrtle Beach is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have never met a nicer bunch of people than those working here. They go above and beyond expectations in making sure I understood all the workings of my new Elantra, courtesy started when I arrived at the lot. If you had a scoring system of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best I'd have to give them a 15.

Old facility.
We started our process online. We went their to meet with the online salesperson who when I started talking to him, was very abrupt with his tone and told me that he was busy and that someone else would have to help us. The salesman that helped us was really nice and sweet but he lacked product knowledge and where available cars were located. The day we shopped, it had rained earlier. There were so many deep puddles in the parking lot, plus broken asphalt. I tripped over a dandelion patch between cars and walked directly into two puddles. I was wearing sandals and my feet got wet with dirty water and ruined my sandals. We did speak to them a little bit but I had to leave for an appointment and they kept trying to get me to stay. I didn't like the pushiness of the sales manager and the facility in general. I would not feel comfortable taking my car there alone.

retract place is a joke
After writing a bad review I need to retract my bad review. my dad spoke with the manager at this dealer ship and he was not aware of the problems he had with the purchase. They filled up the car and put a brand new wheel on the car. this dealership went above and behond to fix and solve any and all issues with the purchase.mickey was very nice and understandable of my dads concerns and took care of everything! !! So in closing thank you mickey for taking care of my parents.

Myrtle Beach Hyundai Sales
I have never looked forward to buying new cars but when I went to Myrtle Beach Hyundai to look for my new Genesis, I knew I found my dealer! I had done some online research and when I called I spoke with Jim Mims who set up an appointment for me to deal directly with him. We sat down and talked about my needs and after test driving a couple of cars we decided the Genesis was my best bet. We worked the numbers and I went with a 36 month lease and feel like that was my best option.
