Staff here are animals. Will Jones, Vickie McPhee, Clint Williams, to name a few. Take your business elsewhere. I'd say these folks wouldn't last in the car sales business anywhere outside of Augusta, GA, where the people literally know very little, about anything...

5 star service

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance

Splendid!

Splendid! This is my second Audi, and like my first it’s a performance vehicle. They deliver the level of service one expects and then some. I recently read a review which mentioned that they overcharged. I tell you what, you get what you pay for and do your research beforehand…IJS

On a long road trip .

On a long road trip . Hit a blown tire which half detached our air dam. Dealer got us in quickly, zip tied the dragging piece up and sent us on our way with no charge and well wishes. They far exceeded our expectations

I recently took an Audi Q3 to Gerald Jones to have

I recently took an Audi Q3 to Gerald Jones to have transmission fluid filled - that's it. I received 6 Qts of Transmission fluid and was charged $630.10. The only part was a charge for the Transmission Drain bolt/plug (which they stated was damaged). I looked at it prior to the Service appointment and there was nothing wrong with the bolt. The Car has just over 60k miles. I am posting this for the public to understand the excessive costs you will pay at this location based on my personal opinion. To put things more into perspective - I was charged over $13.00 for the washer alone that accompanies the bolt/plug. The OEM washer has a retail value of $1.69-$2.98 online. You make the decision yourself as to whether or not this reasonable, and if is how you want to spend your hard earned money. My opinion is $630 for 6 Qts of fluid and a drain plug is ridiculous. Consider yourselves "informed". I will not be back to Gerald Jones Audi or any of the Gerald Jones Dealerships for service or a vehicle purchase. Ironically, we are approaching the time over the coming weeks to buy a vehicle for my youngest daughter. We will be driving to alternate dealerships in Columbia, Greenville and the surrounding areas now and in the future unless they are not a part of the Gerald Jones Auto Group.

Feeling Gouged For Service In My Opinion

I recently took an Audi Q3 to Gerald Jones to have transmission fluid filled - that's it. I received 6 Qts of Transmission fluid and was charged $630.10. The only part was a charge for the Transmission Drain bolt/plug (which they stated was damaged). I looked at it prior to the Service appointment and there was nothing wrong with the bolt. The Car has just over $60k miles and it was the first time the plug had ever been removed (with the proper wrench I might add). I am posting this for the public to understand the excessive costs you will pay at this location. The fluid itself has a retail value of less than $100. Best dealer I ever dealt with!

Best dealer I ever dealt with! Chris Martin is a great sales clerk. The Finance manager Bill Newsome was very knowledgeable. I liked the car was in the show room with a bow on it when we arrived to pick it up; my wife loved that aspect.
