So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance

On a long road trip .
On a long road trip . Hit a blown tire which half detached our air dam. Dealer got us in quickly, zip tied the dragging piece up and sent us on our way with no charge and well wishes. They far exceeded our expectations

Feeling Gouged For Service In My Opinion
I recently took an Audi Q3 to Gerald Jones to have transmission fluid filled - that's it. I received 6 Qts of Transmission fluid and was charged $630.10. The only part was a charge for the Transmission Drain bolt/plug (which they stated was damaged). I looked at it prior to the Service appointment and there was nothing wrong with the bolt. The Car has just over $60k miles and it was the first time the plug had ever been removed (with the proper wrench I might add). I am posting this for the public to understand the excessive costs you will pay at this location. The fluid itself has a retail value of less than $100. To put things more into perspective - I was charged over $13.00 for the washer alone that accompanies the bolt/plug. You make the decision yourself as to whether or not this reasonable, and if is how you want to spend your hard earned money. In my opinion, $630 for 6 Qts of fluid and a drain plug is ridiculous. Consider yourselves "informed". I will not be back to Gerald Jones Audi or any of the Gerald Jones Dealerships for service or a vehicle purchase. Ironically, we are approaching the time over the coming weeks to by a vehicle for my youngest daughter. We will be driving to alternate dealerships in Columbia, Greenville and the surrounding areas now and in the future unless they are not a part of the Gerald Jones Auto Group.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!
AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

Buick enclave
They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

WATCH OUT!
This dealership (Michelle)contacted me by email regarding an OTD price after I inquired about a used car via email. I am hearing impaired, so I only use email or text. I informed her to please either email me the quote or I would have my husband call to get the info because I am hearing impaired. When I didn't receive an email within an hour or so, my husband then called and asked if she would please send it to me, which she said she would. She sent it alright, 5 minutes later I got an email stating the car she had just reached out to me about had mysteriously already been sold that morning! REALLY? Sounds like discrimination of a hearing impaired person to us, either that, or they do not want to put their offer IN WRITING. Audi headquarters will be hearing about our experience.
