I was in the market for a new car, I had shopped several other dealers for different makes and models. When I arrived at South Towne, I did not feel rushed to pick a car; working with Mujo Kuburic was a nice change from all the other dealers. Mujo really took the time to go over each car, and explain the quality that had been built into each model. He asked all the right questions and I felt did a good job of establishing trust. I absolutely loved my experience at Volkswagen South Towne. Everyone I came in contact was awesome. As soon as I walked up I was greeted by my salesman Scott Beebe, he walked me through some cars and asked what I liked and what I was looking for. He was extremely friendly and never pressured me into anything. After we decided that I loved the look of the new Jetta we went inside to find a price that would work for me, and they let me take it on a test drive to make sure I loved it. I even got the windows tinted for free and it looks gorgeous. I told them my budget and what I was looking to pay and they made the numbers work for me and my payment is almost exactly what I was planning on paying for it. I recommend taking advantage of their Term Care package, it is only a little more a month and it covers most things that all other warranties won't because it's defined normal "wear and tear." Scott Becker was my financial guy and he answered all my questions, until I was 100% confident with everything. My parents were a little skeptical and thought the deal was too good to be true. So the following day my dad and I went back and Scott walked him through everything and made sure that he understood the details as well. Me and my dad just absolutely loved him, he knows everything possible and explains it perfectly. He even contacted me later to make sure that we were both comfortable with everything or if I had any more questions and I was happy with my new car. My insurance even required my dad to be on the contract in order for me to be on his insurance. So Scott called my dad the very next day and got him information and wrote up a new contract for me with his name and information on it, even though it was his day off. If that isn't impeccable customer service I don't know what is. I have been followed up with twice to make sure everything is going perfect, they just really take care of you and make sure you are satisfied. From beginning to end it was just a really good experience and I love my 2014 Jetta. Make sure you ask for Scott Becker he really is amazing, super friendly, and knows his job inside and out. He is "the man" when it comes to financing!

My brother just "bought" a car there. 2 salesmen pressured him for 8 hours and once he was so worn down that he bought it, they did like many other people here have reported and lied to him about the costs, and tricked him into buying things he did not need. ($1000 for "key insurance") They offered him cash back, but simply added on the cash back to the total amount of the sale. This is the capitol of very cheesy car salesman! Protect yourself, stay away!

Brandon Goodsell was my sales person. My friend went and looked at a car here and was telling me about it. I called and talked to Brandon for a short min. and he got my info and asked if he could contact me later on about a car. A few days later, he left such a funny voicemail it sparked my interest to get into the store! I got there and he was so funny and SO helpful with the cars! He found me the perfect car. One good thing about South Town VW is Brandon! They were so smart hiring him! I would tell anyone to go there just because my experience with him!

My wife and I came to Southtowne with the idea that we might buy a new car. After walking around for a few minutes, Mujo Kuburic approached us. He was very helpful and we felt at ease with him. He showed a some cars and allowed us to drive a couple of models. We decided on a 2013 Jetta TDI, which we purchased and then picked up the next morning. Mujo was very helpful and has made follow-up calls and has sent emails to see if everything is going ok with the new car. Southtowne is a great place to buy a new car.

My experience with Volkswagen Southtowne was great! I went in just planning on looking, and walked away with my car traded in and a brand new Jetta! My brother-in-law used to work for this dealership, so he asked me to look up a friend of his (Bo Atkins). Bo was awesome, and was very friendly, but was busy working with a couple other people, which was just fine. I got to work with Scot Maxwell, and that was a great experience. We had a great time looking for a car that would be perfect for me, went on a couple test drives, and then made several offers back and forth. We were able to come up with a payment that worked for me, and a car that I absolutely love! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love this dealership, they are great to work with. My salesman John Tullis made leasing a car an easy and great experience for me. Scott Becker helped answer all my finance questions about the lease since this was my first time leasing a car. I liked dealing with the people here so much that I referred my mom to them and she leased her car there as well and loves it!
