Would not recommend Lowe at all. Constant lies, and sneaky price gouging. Check out their BBB ratings. This company is the worst. They treat there customers... like garbage.
From initial internet contact with Jordie, Internet rep, all the way to drive off, the experience exceeded all expectations. Found the car online. Jordie's... responses via email, and text were professional and quick which fostered confidence. Upon arriving on site Bill Dodd/Sales carried the no pressure sale process with confidence all while being courteous. Bill Dodd ensured that the deal was exactly how it was detailed over phone before I even arrived on site from Metro Atlanta. There was zero surprises. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Great Car. Great Price. Best Sales Staff.
This place is made of real car salesman that don't mind cheating you out of your hard earn money. I understand people try to make a living but they make... a killing off the local AF base. I bought vehicles multiple times but I got cheated out of my Toyota Tundra and almost got cheated again trading the vehicle they sold me. I will never purchase from this company again. I would write a statement worst then this but cars.com won't let me. Heed my warning
Jamey Harrelson was the best car sales person I have ever worked with. We went to the dealership on a Thursday evening.. Jamey took the time to listen,... understand our needs and did not hesitate to let us look at alternatives and drive as many cars as we wanted. Ended up buying a certified used vehicle for a fare price and closed the deal after hours. Jamie asked us to come back on the weekend so he could explain and setup all the technology in the vehicle, which we took him up on. That was going beyond expectation. Plus we left with a full tank of gas. We had a good experience over all.

Had a great buying experience. Took my new Camry home had that new car grin . Went to fill up after running out my 1st tank of gas . Couldn't get the gas... to go in but 50cent at a time clicked liked it was full . Took it in for service Josh James was fantastic . I had to wait31/2 hour for them to determine i need a new gas tank on my 2017 with less then 500 miles on it . JJ got me a rental car said he would call me When my car was ready . A day and half later a get a call from the service manager telling me my car was ready. Pick it up that new car smell just isn't there like it was ¿ . But I'm happy and heading home . Next day the wife takes it to work and Bam I get a call from her telling me the check Engine light has come on OMG . I call the service manager tell him my problem he tells me to bring it in . I leave work early and take the the car in.Josh is there he didn't seem to know they had done work fuel tank no one told him I had picked up the car . I tell him the work had been done and service manager had taken care of it but now the check Engine light was on . He apologizes for the confusion and writes up the service order tell me they'll have it fixed in a jiffy . At this point I'm a bit mad that my new car is giving me problems. I ask to speak to the sales manager, tell him everything I've been through in a not so happy manner . All he has to say is that I sound like I need to sit down and take s chill pill . I had to walk away before I did something I would regret later. They fixed the car in about a hour it was something they didn't tighten on the gas tank . Mr. Josh James calmed me down and was very professional . Still upset over my Conversation with the sales manager . That was my new car experience at Wayne Lowe's Toyota ¿ Not sure if I would recommend them to a friend yet .
Went there 4 May after getting an internet reply saying I really needed to come in to get a better quote. I wanted to do business locally so I went to... the dealership. After waiting about ten minutes to talk to the lady who gave me the internet price she said I needed to talk to salesman. Waited longer to get salesman. He went to get car even after I told them I wanted a good price and didn't need to see the car at this point. When he got back he then had to leave to get a price. Came back with the same internet price. I told him that wasn't going to work because they were $7000 higher than Butler. We figured out he was giving me a price on a 4wd and I wanted a 2wd. He then left a couple of more times only to finally come back with a price of about $1500 more than other dealer. All this took almost two hours from the time I walked in. Since the salesman couldn't seem to get the pricing right I told him to see what he could figure out and give me a call. That's when he said if I could get that price at Butler why didn't I buy it? I couldn't believe what I had just heard!! I then told him he was "some salesman , I think I'll do just that". I see all these Lowe commercials about price, service and customer satisfaction - Well not only did I not receive any of the three, but I also was insulted with this so called salesman's comments.
I bought my first car from here and the service was beyond great. Working with Jamey Harrelson made the process quick, simple, and a day to remember. I... would recommend everyone to see Jamey Harrelson for their buying car experience.
Have bought 4 cars here before always worked well with them. Went after looking on there website seeing what they had it listed for right off the bat they... came in 5000 higher than they had it listed for on Internet. Then when I pointed it out they lowered the price but for some reason they dropped to price listed but for some it only dropped the price 2500 from first contract to second contract. After I said something was basically told take it or leave it so we left. After today I am finished with Lowe

Worst experience ever, I really regret doing business with that place, customer services and sales person are ok but are not honest and the title and tag... personnel are really disrespectful and not helpful at all.
