Michael listened to what I was needing and the budget (car pmt allowance) service techs stayed late to replace a headlight bulb, helped get a booster seat undone.....They were all very personable, polite. Just excellent experience.

That would not have happened had it not been for the listening skills, patience and integrity of our salesperson, Djiby Tall! Excellent job! In fact, the entire experience with the Dealership was excellent. Aaron took my first call as you were closing for a snowstorm. Jason took over the call and was explaining our options as the power at my home went off and we lost connection. The next day we called and Tom asked us to come in and see the vehicle; He was tied up when we arrived and Djiby took over without a missing beat. Larry came over while we were waiting for Aaron and was very personable. Aaron then gave us options that sweetened the deal even more.

The team at Royal Automotive was extremely helpful. I was able to do most of the paperwork before coming in to the dealership. Matt Morgan & Micah Murphy took care of all of my questions and got me on the road in my new truck in a hurry! I will be back to buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I rated Royal at 4 stars because each interaction with the sales team was positive and helpful during my decision-making process. I test drove a couple of vehicles (Volkswagen and GMC) and received the right amount of information on each to help me reach a decision.

Matt was very helpful in our buying process. Everything was quick and painless. He helped out when Matt Morgan was unavailable and could not be at the dealer.
