The work is performed timely. The scope of service is limited to items highlighted as 'deficient' or 'below standard' in the extensive diagnostic examination carried out as soon as the vehicle is relocated to its repair bay. The post service documentation sent to me by email is very helpful.

The salesman, Vince, really worked to get my business.
The salesman, Vince, really worked to get my business. He then showed me the features of my new Crosstrek and followed up to be sure everything was ok. They set my first complimentary maintenance appointment before I left with the car. Then invited me back to put give me the registration and again went over anything I had questions about.

West Houston Subaru has sold us our second Subaru, a
West Houston Subaru has sold us our second Subaru, a Forester Hybrid Touring. The deal they offered, trading in our low mileage 2019 CrossTrek was fair and the transaction was completed without any problems. Steven was helpful in completing the transaction and Ty was excellent in showing us how all of the new features on the Forester worked. We continue to be a satisfied customer of West Houston Subaru.

Nice, relaxed purchase experience.
Nice, relaxed purchase experience. No high pressure from anyone at the dealership at all. They basically let the vehicle sell itself and it did quite well. We were not familiar with Subaru at all. But based on the advice of a friend we added the Ascent to our list of 3 row SUV's to investigate. To our surprise, after a test drive, we both moved it to the front of the list. From their it was just sorting out the financial issues and signing the paperwork. Easy as could be ...

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. Today, he scheduled me come in to explain all the features of the car with detailing and took time out of his sales day. He's the best! Sad that he is retiring soon, as we would love to continue to work for him for years to come.

Sunroof did not open, there was some type of smoke coming
Sunroof did not open, there was some type of smoke coming from the exhaust which was coming through the ac, and they charged a big price for all of that to not work. Ridiculous. Didn’t even try to lower the price a bit like we asked and came back with the amount we did not ask for.
