RUN — don’t walk — AWAY from this place.
RUN — don’t walk — AWAY from this place. My car broke down 20 minutes after buying it. They broke multiple laws, reset the system to hide issues, and now refuse to reimburse the $308 tow for a car I barely even drove. Steve the manager is the king of gaslighting — rude, sarcastic, and more focused on deflecting blame than fixing their shady mess. They treated me like garbage after scamming me. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This is the second car I have purchased from this
This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. There was never any doubt that when it came time for a new car that it would be a Subaru Outback and that it would be purchased from this dealership. The salesperson, John Fitzgerald, made the purchase so easy. The service department is great. My service advisor is Amanda Luchini. She is excellent at her job. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes scheduling and getting my car serviced a breeze. Both John Fitzgerald and Amanda Luchini provide customer service that is off the charts.

My husband and I do not like to deal with car sales
My husband and I do not like to deal with car sales people, but Simon Seruya of West Houston Subaru, our new car salesman, is an exception to the rule. He was very personable, honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable! Simon listened to what we were interested in, focused on our needs & wants, & provided experienced guidance when we needed it. This was truly a positive experience and a painless one. In fact, everyone we had contact with at West Houston Subaru from the Finance Director, Karen, to the employees in Parts & Service that we were introduced to were friendly, helpful, & informative. We are so glad we purchased our Forester at West Houston Subaru & we look forward to bringing our vehicle back to West Houston for regular maintenance!
