West Houston has been servicing my Subarus for several years. I am very happy with the service writers and the work that has been done. Easy to set up an appointment, while the work is being done, I am always kept informed of the progress. Cannot ask for more.

He is also a well-versed conversationalist about many topics. Learning about new gadgets on cars is an ongoing process, but we also had a very good experience with Tran, who showed us the various ways to access information in the Forester.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
The staff is friendly and helpful. 5 hours(ish) seems excessive for an alignment and oil change. I'm at a loss for why my shift knob was out of position. I have yet to get it back to where it should be. Holy WAIT Batman! I got a text confirming check in and told to reply or call if I needed an update. I checked in about 0845 for an appointment at 1030. At 1245 I sent a text asking for an update. I went in at 3 pm because I did not get a response and wanted to beat the traffic. My car was done but the paper work was not touched. For an oil change and alignment 4.5 hrs seems a bit excessive and they weren't ready for me yet. I overheard others mention the wait too, so be ready for them to have your car a while. In theory, if you leave they'll work the cars of people waiting in the showroom first, but I've overheard others complain about the wait. Regardless of the staffing there, they seem to be scheduling well above capacity.
