Could not add co-owner to my registration, now I’m being inconvenienced, because I have to go to Department of Motor Vehicles to do it after purchase and pay out of pocket

Scheduled 3 visits, explained that I needed to wait for
Scheduled 3 visits, explained that I needed to wait for diagnostic, then schedule the repair at a later date. Today, appointment at 7am. The gates were closed until 7:20am. After 2 calls someone finally came to open the gate. Then was told again that I needed to leave my vehicle for 3 days to get a diagnostic done. Poor communication and will never return. If you can't manage to open your gates, nor communicate; why would I ever believe you could fix my Atlas? Asked for the GM to return my call, probably need to sit out front for a couple days.

Update: John personally reached out and offered a loaner vehicle until our Atlas gets fixed. He was professional and friendly. Looking forward to having our vehicle repaired. Confident for a resolution. Will update my ratings upon completion
Sales person was great with communication but my CPO 22’
Sales person was great with communication but my CPO 22’ Tiguan had a broken side mirror cover which popped off on the highway when we left the dealership to head home . We did not notice the broken cover prior to signing or would have requested it to be fixed. It was definitely shady as I’m sure they knew it was broken because all of the side mirror clasps were half way cracked . Smh no way a 100+ point VW CPO inspection was completed . Update : NOW the check engine light is on. No one at the dealership is actually responding. We received the below google response but once called and emailed no response has been received. Unfortunately now we will be contacting VW corporate due to no resolve.

I am from Roswell/Alpharetta…. So I have seen this dealership go from Gossett to Nalley….. over the last 13 years I personally bought 5 cars here, and sent other family who bought 3 cars. So I am very accustom to what service should be like ….. spoiler alert…. Shop other dealerships before you buy here, don’t get roped into this one, here are the reasons why, I promise you will find a better experience in Chamblee, Stone Mountain and Marietta… 1. They have excellent sales people, however the rest of the staff lacks work ethic and ability to provide a quality job for the customer. 2. They won’t shop rates, they will give you the highest rate possible and tell you you can shop them yourself and later finance with a bank. 3. They will tell you to go to car max to make your trade and bring them cash instead of doing the leg work on an appraisal. **4. They are not carful with your car…. They damages my car in the appraisal and would not review the camera footage even though they camera had recording. ** I feel I have to be honest. The finance manager is not respectful of time and his attitude and ability to treat people with respect is lacking! I would not recommend to anyone to go here for at least 6 months to a year…. That’s how long it usually takes to get bad apples out and new people trained. I’m actually making a purchase this weekend at another VW dealership because this one could not be honest, respectful, or provide quality service.

I am so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our dealership. You are a very loyal and valued customer of Nalley's and I am sorry that we did not meet your needs. I don't know of any damage to your vehicle as the appraiser never took it off of the lot but if you would provide us with the info I will certainly make it right. We do not dictate lenders rates, those are based on many factors, the length of the term of the loan, equity, credit. If we have not checked credit, we use a standard rate until we know a quest actual score and can submit it to a lender to acquire the best rates. I apologize to you once again, and I assure you that This will be a learning opportunity for all of the individuals that were involved. I asked the sales person to have you call me, obviously they didn’t tell you. My name is Josh Hoffer …. You can speak to Sylvia (she is usually great btw). It was your finance manager that was terrible. As for my car… he told me to go to car max, whom offered me 10k more…. And I brought you all the letter from CarMax…. i gave it to Sylvia. As for the damages I don’t know why you all moved my car, but you moved it so close to the curb by the service department your appraiser damaged the front passenger wheel, you can speak with Sylvia and when view your camera footage to see him causing the damage…. You have a camera directly on the spot…. So you have the proof. As for my credit … I don’t know if you all pulled it , that isn’t my job…. But I pulled my Rico score on Amex and it’s a 775….. Sylvia was great but the finance person I had to deal with was so bad I prefer not to come back or buy another car at that dealership and I won’t recommend it either …. And because of me you have sold 10 cars to myself, family and friends …. But because of bad attitudes, and lack of response to the problem to the point I had to due a review like this I will be going to another VW dealership to purchase my next car this weekend. The quality here has dropped and it’s so disappointing.

Our salesperson Sylvia Egan is the best automobile sales professional we have ever encountered after 20 years of buying 15 cars. She is amazing and we highly recommend working with her. She is so knowledgeable and patient, but at the time of this review, she has been with the dealership for over 12 years. We can’t say enough great things. Scott Siebold in finance was also amazing and helped get us to where we needed to be with options. We have nicknamed them the dynamic duo. We have bought a number of cars from the Nalley brands, and the entire company has never let us down only to deliver great experiences. If you are in need of a Volkswagen, you will be nothing short of joyful with the experience at Nalley Volkswagen in Roswell. Ask for the dynamic duo, Sylvia and Scott.

The team at Nalley, specifically Jerry our sales rep, John the GM, and Aaron the service manager, were fantastic to work with - they took care of the repairs professionally and went to great pains to ensure the vehicle was in perfect, new-car condition. They were at the very least honest with me about everything. And unlike some nearby dealerships if the no longer have a car they dont sell it then wait for you to show up so t hey can trybto sell you a more expensive car.
