This Toyota dealership has always been accommodating to us as customers, when we look at getting another vehicle in a couple years we will definitely come back to this dealership! we even drive our 4 runner up to macon to get it serviced every 5000 miles at this dealership because of their customer service, and we live a hour and a half away from Macon. Sam,serviced our 4 runnet, and he was awesome, and Kyle was the best salesperson that you have a Butler Toyota. I would definitely come by another vehicle from Kyle he kept us updated on everything that was going on with our 4Runner!

Being a woman I have been lied to and charged way more than I should have to get work done to my vehicles over the years. When I go to your dealership I have total confidence that this will not happen. I trust your employees and I know I will not be lied to or pressured into buying services I don't need or worrying I'll get down the road and the work I just had done will stop working for me. These things have happened to me. You don't know what having this piece of mind means to me. Your staff are very good to explain what is going on with my car and patiently answer all my questions.
