Great experience all around!
I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had at this dealership. Like most people I've got my share of horror stories from car shopping, but everyone I met here went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. They were able to track down the car I wanted on the 4th of July (a Saturday, no less) and have it at the dealership waiting for me on Monday. Huge thanks to Mark Wolpert and Sherry Tribbey!

Great customer Service experience...
Justin Weyer was an excellent representative of your Clarksville, Indiana dealership. He not only sold me a preowned MiniCooper, but he followed up with excellent customer care. A month after I purchased the MiniCooper, I had a few scratches on the driver's side of the car. I called Justin and he said that he would take care of that for me...and he did!!! Since my car is bright red, I was extremely concerned that the "touch up" paint would not be a perfect match, but it was!! Great experience buying a new VW!
I came in with the intent of looking at a Passat for possible purchase, but was not committed to buying that day. The staff worked with me and helped me work a trade-in that was good for me and got me in the Passat that I wanted. Heath was an excellent salesman and was not pushy, but was very helpful and cooperative in answering all my questions. Sherry, the new car manager was really helpful and willing to work with the numbers. I recommend buying from Sam Swope VW!
