Treated nice by the salesman, I paid cash for my car and
Treated nice by the salesman, I paid cash for my car and once the deal was made customer service was absolutely terrible and issues are still not resolved yet after two months. I will never recommend or buy another vehicle from larry miller again and buy the this was my 4th vehicle what a mistake it was

This is not my first time having issues here.
This is not my first time having issues here. Not sure what to think about them anymore. So far every Service Advisor I have talked to here has been an arrogant and condescending xxxxxxx to put it in simple words. All they care about is pushing "recommendations" and repairs not relevant to the actual reason you come in for. Not going to go into detail, but they wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace 6 spark plugs when I had already replaced them 2 weeks prior. Told them that was not the cause of the miss fire, I took the car home put on their stupid mopar spark plugs and took it back to show them that was not the issue. The took 2 days to find the issue and it was 2 coils needing to be replace costing $600. The whole time Brandon just kept pushing a 3k repair when he had not even found the issue I came in for and not even relevant. He also never communicated nor responded to phone calls nor there stupid text system and this was not once it has been multiple occasions. Had to drive in to get an update on my vehicle and find him not busy on his phone with AirPods on rocking out. Then he acts all surprised to see you and say "I was about to call you" xxxxxxxx. His name is Brandon sits on the 4th little office. He's the dude with AirPods and calls you Buddy.

Brandon was extremely helpful when my wagoneer overheated
Brandon was extremely helpful when my wagoneer overheated and had to be towed. I wasn’t at my home dealership but this was the closest dealership to where I was. He was great with communication and helping me get into a loaner. The loaner was a very nice truck and almost identical to my usual vehicle.
