Poor service department scheduling.
Poor service department scheduling. Plan on leaving your car for days to be repaired. I scheduled my appointment a week ahead for 7AM. They never let me know they couldn’t even diagnose that day. Would not return my numerous calls until 2pm. Communicate!

They did not fix my car the first time I went there the second time was even worse trying to say they didn't make a mistake and they did. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Brandon is wonderful.
Brandon is wonderful. The dealership seems disorganized as a whole with some poor communication within, but my service with my personal Jeep technician, Brandon, was great and he made sure all issues were handled in a timely matter and fixed well. I just wish they had a better system/customer service overall as the lead technicians probably don’t get the credit they deserve due to circumstances they cannot control.
