Everybody at the service center is always kind as courteous. Everybody's very knowledgeable and I had my car in for a transmission repair for the second time as it did not get fixed the first time however I will tell you that they sure made up for that this time! I didn't think my car would make it another year. It was driving so poorly and performing so bad. I couldn't believe that rebuilding a transmission from the ground up would make that much of a difference but I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. I am super happy and I know my car will go another four years. Thanks to your transmission guys. Everybody in the service department everybody at Ford of Port Richey. Thank you.
