I had to have a recall item replaced on my vehicle.

I had to have a recall item replaced on my vehicle. When I called they said I could bring it in or the would send someone to my home. They were here for about 20 minutes. Great deal!!

11/11/22 Edit: ⭐⭐⭐ Sallye from Ford of Port Richey reached out because of the completed survey. After listening to what happened and confirming with Shandler in the service dept, she spoke with her manager and they offered to replace the part free of charge and reimburse my fuel costs if once services are completed to satisfaction, I would update my review. They have completed it and while I'm very happy that they reached out and righted my situation, I can't help but feel like the sales team gets away with things like this with others that don't complete the reviews. Increased to 3 stars but I want future review readers to see what happened. 10/29/22: ⭐ I specifically told them what was wrong and what I was looking for before making the appointment. I wasted my entire day to drive 120 miles roundtrip plus $3 in tolls just for them to say they can't help me out with the cost of a part on my SUV that was purchased less than 5 months ago. If they would've told me no over the phone, I wouldn't have wasted my time, gas and money to go there. The part is only $215 in my town and they wanted to charge me $380 just for the part, over $500 to install! That's outrageous! I simply asked if they could help out with the cost as a courtesy because of the situation. Instead they end up wasting my money. Thanks a lot! I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Respectful and honest.

Respectful and honest. Took the time to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Only thing that could have made this any better would have been a car wash to get the greasy hand prints off the white paint. But that’s minor. The fact they took the time to inspect every aspect of the transmission to make sure everything was correct and didn’t need anything additional later meant more to me as a business owner then a dirty car.

They overbooked themselves, took all morning for maintenance and car wash. Indicated I should have picked a less busy day also wrong number for assistance so texts went unanswered.

These people are criminals.

These people are criminals. Took a $500 deposit over the phone to hold the car for me until I could get there the next day. Got a call around 7pm that day saying the car was sold. I asked to speak to the manager and he called me a liar, saying they don’t hold cars for anyone. He refused to make the issue right, never offered an alternative. I said why would I call and give you $500 for absolutely no reason? DO NOT GO HERE!
