I was from out of town doing disaster work and my truck wasn’t running right. I went to Port Ritchie Ford with my tail of whoa and I was sequence in for the repair cycle. I suspect I was bumped to the front of the line. I recommend Ford Port Ritchie service department without reservation

SERVICE DATE 02-04-2025, INVOICE #FTCS447811, My service advisor wasn't there to attend to my online scheduled appointment. 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I found the attendant that parked me and asked when I was going to be seen. Momentarily, someone came to attend to my appointment. Described the problem. Went inside for more paperwork and I was on my way. It was nearing 4:00PM and I noticed I had only received a text requesting me to contact my service advisor. I called and requested the status of my truck. I didn't remember the person that I had talked to in the morning. I was passed to at least three people and the phone call was, I assume, inadvertently disconnected. A short time later, I called again and I was directed to the advisor that had worked with me in the morning. He was unable to find my ticket. So. more time on hold to relieve the confusion in your office. Finally, paperwork found, problem resolved and explained. Low coolant. I assume resolved 10 minutes after it was found. Came to pick up my truck. More explanation, more paperwork, more apologies. I was on my way with a warrantee fix and no charges. Then two days later I received an email that I had failed to show up for my appointment. Laughable, if not so sad.
