Bad experience rude saleman overpriced
Guy messaged me after writing a bad review for upping the price on the vehicle I was interested in by over $1000 before I was supposed to look at it and he never called me back. He said he called me back but my phone says otherwise. This guy was so butthurt he would not stop messaging me. He called me a prospect instead of a customer and said I was nit picking by writing a bad review he also called me sensitive lol he was extremely sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. The vehicle already was overpriced by $350 according to the website thats before they upped the price another $1000. Im actually really glad I didn't buy from them because I ended up going to interstate nissan and getting a newer luxurious buick less miles for less money way better then the older overpriced nissan sentra. So thank you. I can't believe these guys get business with prospect service like that.😂😂😂

I am busy like most people and didn't want to wait around all day at a dealership. Emailed Nick and his staff. Everyone helped me and quickly responded to my 50 questions. I picked my car up and signed all the papers in less than 20 minutes. They also beat my bank rate!
Bad service when trying to fix problem
The place is very nice and prices are good, however I was sold a car with illegally tinted windows. Not too much later I was pulled over by the police and given a ticket without knowing the windows were illegal. I called and complained and then was treated like my issue was so small. Nick specifically told me “can’t you take it off yourself” and “its not that hard to take off window tint, just watch a youtube video.” However they wouldn’t pay for my court costs or anything. So although the prices are good and the place is nice, there are better places to finance or buy a car.
Won't buy a car from anyone else
I've purchased two cars in the last six months from Fidelity and could not be more pleased with the cars, with the process, with the service, and with the convenience. Jonathan and Joe are very easy to deal with, easy to relate to, highly responsive, and have a customer first focus. I initially bought a car for my daughter from them and was so pleasantly surprised by their process and service that I was eager to go back to them when I wanted a different car for myself. They were patient, persistent in keeping in touch, and ultimately found me the ideal car at a great price. I highly recommend them and no longer dread the car buying process now that I know I can always call on Fidelity. Whether it's a car on their lot or one they find for you, Fidelity is the best place I've ever experienced for finding that next car.
Great car, great price, the best people!
I found a listing for a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with good mileage and a very fair price. It was exactly what I was looking for, but an hour-and-a-half drive from my hometown, Pittsburgh, PA. After reading great reviews, I called them up and asked a bunch of questions. They were very honest and patient. On my drive up, I was delayed and ran later than expected. Joe met me with a smile and the keys, so that I could take it for an independent inspection. There were a couple of minor discrepancies, which the Fidelity team made right in no time, and I was THRILLED to drive home with my new-to-me car the same day, including very competitive financing through Fidelity. I cannot emphasize enough how nice, honest, and easy to work with the whole Fidelity team has been! Even after the sale, transitioning the registration across state lines was made a breeze by the office folks. Thank you to Joe and the whole team!!!

A pleasant type of vehicle purchase
We have purchased many vehicles in our life time, but the experience and ease has never been as exceptional as with Fidelity Auto. Super customer service, great vehicles, and very fair pricing. So quick and pleasant. After purchasing two from Fidelity Auto, if we ever need another we will call them first.

Worst experience ever
I recently went to buy a 2012 Ford Fiesta. When i went to get the car checked out it need over $4000 worth of repairs. When i spoke to Jonathan he was very rude and said just bring the car back because ?he can get it sold? he didn?t try to work out anything for the repairs so i brought it back. I would not recommend buying a car from fidelity. And i recommend that anyone buying a used car to get it checked out
