I bought an Audi Q7. When I bought it, the salesperson told me that I could buy extended insurance and that I could get a full refund if I didn't want it within three months. However, when I went to cancel the insurance two months later, I was still charged. This made me feel that Carmax was suspected of deceiving consumers.
