Dan was terrific. Explained everything and showed me on the computer what service was recommended by Mini. Very personable also. Jayson was the same way and I enjoyed working with him. Nothing lasts forever. Keep betting your service managers the way you have so far and you’ll never have a problem with a customer. Ha!Ha!

I LOVE Mini Ramsey and all of the staff. I would love to move on from the countryman to a convertible in the next few years, however, I hate some of the features on the newer models. The ribbon on the steering wheel is ridiculous, I hate that the round headlights were changed, and the fabric and print on the door and above dash is so ugly! I’m holding out for next year when they hopefully get rid of some of the ugly design features. I do love the new fun colors though.

I have had some lingering issues with some repairs and they have continued to dig and repair the deeper issues.
