Great for everything

I used to contact with several different MINI Cooper dealers by email. From Prestige MINI, I got the most detailed and patient reply. There price is really good. That's the first reason I choose here without even a phone call. Then I decided to have a look at the car myself. But at that time I have to take a train there. When Erin knows about this, she immediately contacted me asking when and where I need pick up. Really convenient for us. After getting there, I can feel they are not eager for selling you a car immediately, but showing everything as it is with patience. Good service is the most important reason that I set up my mind buying a car here. Everything here is great: price of car, professionality of the service and kind sales person... Great experience.

Great service all the way

I love Mini coopers and working with Ruby made the process of owning a Mini a pleasant experience. Ruby got in touch with us the day after we submitted the online inquiry. She was very helpful in identifying the car which would suit our preferences and was able to quickly locate one from the lot. She kept us posted regularly and tried to identify the best possible time to schedule our visit to the dealership. When we went to the dealership she was able to get us a great price for the trade-in as well as for the car. Also Jeff Stone in the finance department was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Ruby was very patient while demonstrating the different features of the car. I would highly recommend working with her and Prestige Mini if you are in the market for a Mini Cooper.

A "Mini" Search

I had been looking for a Mini Cooper S Turbo for around two months. Why two months one might ask? Well...I was "looking for the best deal possible" and I had a set budget for what I was going to spend. I found what I thought was a GREAT DEAL and went to see this car. This car...that allegedly had a CLEAN CAR FAX...evidently was a flood-damaged vehicle with over 30 warning codes; of which 8 were electronic in nature. Discouraged rightfully so, I decided to call Mini dealers in the hopes that they would find what I wanted. Not only did they did not have what I was looking for, they didn't even try to HELP ME FIND ONE! A good friend of mine called Prestige Mini and spoke to Sarem Yousif. He told Sarem what I was looking for but it wasn't on his lot either...SAREM DIDN'T STOP THERE! Sarem searched HIGH and LOW and found a car for me...but not in the color I was looking for. Despite this he reported his findings. Long story short, I am a proud owner of a British Green Mini Cooper S Hardtop! I am in love with the car...and compliments from strangers keep pouring in! SAREM YOUSIF! Thank you for going the extra mile! YOU ARE THE MAN!

Great experience

Ruby did an excellent job. She is both nice and professional. I was looking for an Ice Blue Mini Cooper, and since they don't make the specific color anymore, I searched everywhere for a used car without too many miles on it. I live in Cleveland, and the closest one I could find was in Detroit. I ended up buying my car from Prestige Mini without seeing it in person, and it is perfect! Everything went smoothly despite of the long distance purchase, and I am so happy with my new car. I couldn't have asked for more, and Ruby was by far the friendliest salesperson I talked to during my hunt for the perfect car.

Professional, friendly, informative and accommodating.

Ruby is great. Very professional, friendly, informative and accommodating - helped us call in, find a car, agree on terms, and drive out on the same day, even through obstacles like insurance delays and overlapping appointments (our fault, not hers) with minimal hassle. Would definitely highly recommend Ruby and Prestige to friends/family looking for a MINI.

Erin was fantastic!!!!!!

This is my first car purchase and Erin was so much help. She helped me find the perfect Mini for me and even held onto the car for me, patiently, for two weeks until my loan went through. She was very thorough and honest with both the descriptions of how to use the car and any financial questions I had. Couldn't be happier- Thanks Erin! I found the MINI I wanted online at Prestige. The next task was to find a salesperson. Since I was two hours away from the dealership, I read as much as I could about the salespeople. Erin reviews were all outstanding and most importantly, as I found later, accurate. I spoke with Erin on the phone and setup a time to test drive the car. Upon getting to the dealership and meeting Erin in person, I found her to be very knowledgeable about the car. She answered all of my questions completely. More importantly, she let the car sell me. After all, if you want a MINI, you want a MINI :-) After my test drive, I returned home and started the "paperwork" to get the deal done. Erin was always just a quick phone call and/or email away. She was very responsive to even the smallest question and everything went off without a hitch. After taking delivery and returning home, Erin has checked in via email and with a quick call to make sure all was well. I appreciate Erin's friendly professionalism with regard to my recent purchase. I would recommend Prestige and specifically Erin without reservation. Thanks Erin!
