Dan is thorough, efficient, and polite. Service is great, although expensive. Lately its been a budget buster.

Truly Excellent. I walked in to just show my wife a mini with a car she hated one month old. Micheal saw my face. We started talking. His words, “let me see if I can help you.” AND HE DID IN EVERY CONCEIVABLE WAY THAT WE BOUGHT A CAR, the perfect car from Alexandra, and with Micheal’s assistance, had the best experience of buying a vehicle having bought well over 60 in my life. Not enough accolades to express my thanks and appreciation. Most important, my wife loves the car and has the exact feelings for Micheal and Alexandra. We feel we made friends. They are exceptional professionals. Truly refreshing and remarkable. A truly fun and I feel honest and open transaction ending in a car my wife loves. Good Day, We could not have been treated better, our fist contact was with Michael Tornatore the General Manager. Michael made us feel extremely comfortible and welcome, from there, the process was easy. Alex Pereira took the wheel and dealt with my wife Kristin and I through the rest of the process. Alex took Kristin for a test drive and after purchase walked her through the features of the MINI. I have to give kudos to Michael Hostutoler for his help with the process and Abe Levi who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. All and All if I could give more than 5 ***** 'stars to the dealership if I could. Highly recomended and would refer anyone who asked to purchase a vehicle to go to MINI of Ramsey, from the receptionists to finance and the service department that got the vehicle ready....
