He made the entire process smooth and quick. Even after the sale he still looked out for us to save us money in regards to our extended warranty. I was comparing two vehicles before ultimately purchasing a ‘16 Subaru Impreza from Quality last week. It was a week-long process for me, because the vehicle I was comparing it to was at another dealership, offered by a different lender, and having applied to both dealers’ lenders the monthly cost were so comparable that I had to phone my car insurance to get quotes from them, too. Jenny, Tanisha, and Lauren were so helpful during the process as they recommended pulling Carfax of both vehicles, and consider the pros and cons of each one.
