Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed $11770.83 of repair. Additionally, if I did not replace my motor the engine would seize with an oil change. It’s more 2 months later, I have an oil change and my gas mileage is increasing daily, and the engine has not seized. What a scam the service department is. I have the complete automobile status report they gave me. It also includes a “wiper blade replacement” charge. Apparently, they neglected to look at my wiper blades. I had just replaced those during the holidays. What a scam the service department is. I will never do business with Southern Motors again. It’s a shame because I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle.

Justin was patient, calm, and incredibly warm.

Justin was patient, calm, and incredibly warm. We came in pretty late in the day but he didn't make us feel rushed and took the time to answer all our questions. After a bad experience at CarMax, we could not have felt more appreciation for the positive experience he provided for us at Southern Motors.
