I had a very nice experience at Euromotorcars-Germantown buying a new E400. The sales associate, Arnold Brown was very helpful to me and I would definitely recommend him to others. Narsh Smith was also excellent in finalizing my purchase. The price was fair and I am happy with my new car and the professionalism awarded to me at this dealership.

The service is what brought me to Euro Motorcars of Germantown. They've serviced a few of my vehicles over the years, always to my complete satisfaction. But because of travel, I've had my car serviced at 2 other Mercedes Benz dealers in the last year and the experiences were completely unsatisfactory. So when it came time to buy a new Mercedes, I decided to buy from that dealer that provided good service. I was fortunate to find Arnold Brown in the sales department. Arnold is the best auto sales professional that I've ever dealt with. This is my 4th Mercedez and I've owned 2 BMW's, and there are none better. Also, Narsh Smith in the Business office was very professional.

We discussed the necessity of purchasing a new car for at least two years. Because we did not want to deal with the hassle, we delayed even visiting a dealership.
