We are really happy with the low pressure patient approach from the dealership and our salesman Ali. We looked at several vehicles before deciding and never felt rushed to make a decision. T.J. in finance did a great job explaining our options and answered every question I had with kind patience and professionalism. Again, there was no pressure and he took his time with us and made sure we were satisfied with the answers he gave us. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I encourage you to ask for Ali.

Customer care and communication that I experienced was very poor. I had to drive back to ask questions about the service that was done on my car after noticing that nothing was done to it. The guy who served me was very arrogant and unapologetic about my inquiry even when he acknowledged that he did not communicate to me. To make matters worse, he lied to me by saying he did not see me leaving yet he was on his desk when I passed by on my way out. In my opinion, it is important to furnish customers with all necessary information about service rendered on their cars. I rest my case!
