Salesman Robert Fabian was the picture of patient courtesy, soft-spoken and fully engaged in what I was seeking. Manager TJ was much more the typical large dealership employee, courteous but pushy, and he continued trying to make daily contact for over a week after my visit (until I told Robert I was no longer planning to buy a car).

I have bought 4 or 5 cars from Nissian Of McKinney over 10 years. I always seem to up getting Oil changes for the first year or 2 years.The service department is unacceptable! It should NOT take 2 Hours for an oil change! 30 minutes TOPS for an oil change. I had Recall on my 2022 Rouge SUV I made an appointment to get all 3 recalls fixed. When my husband brought it in they gave him a rental. They said it would be ready by the end of the day. We got a call that my transmission mounts need to fixed. Which explains why my car idol rough. They had my car for 7 days. Due to all the recalls that nissan is having, they gave me an extended warranty.And that was supposed to cover the transmission mounts. The next thing I knew they were telling my husband we don't know who's gonna pay for this. And we don't know who's gonna be responsible for the loner car we gave you? Ummm you are! I'm originally from east, Texas and my family is owned a machine shop for over 90 years. We worked with all the major dealerships in town. So I know How Dealership's work, and I will tell you this. I would not take anything in my shop if it came from Nissan Of McKinney. I love nissan's but I am sick and tired of their service department. They hired new people.And there are some good ones.I really appreciated, michael, and i've used jordan before. But when I called Monday morning to figure out what was going with my car. They said michael was there and they didn't know anything about it. So you mean to tell me one guy's not at work. And you can't find someone else to try to figure out what's going on with my car!? The incompetence is ridiculous! I was planning on buying a new rogue from Nissian Of of McKinney But after this, the biggest problem I have is dealing with their service department.

Run away. If you’re foolish enough to do business here, avoid Josh or Chris unless you enjoy being lied to your face. I was given false information about the loan terms, misled about another “available” vehicle at a different dealership, and flat-out lied to about how long a window replacement would take. Once you sign, don’t expect responses—communication basically disappears. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere honest.

Joseph did a great job correcting the warranty issue in my 2025 Nissan Frontier. I was having a seat issue that although, not an urgent issue, it was to me and he handled the job well.

Illegal practices, rude staff, they ignore you, can’t use the paid protection that I bought without spending more on a loaner. Will be reaching out to consumer protection agencies, the dmv, corporate Nissan, as well as other agencies.
