The service is getting worse.

The service is getting worse. I have been bringing my vehicles to Nissan McKinney for 5 years. And use to have great service. Seems to be getting worse.

CAUTION!

CAUTION!!!: If you happen to buy a car.. Please be very very carefull about the finance team.. They are very good at deceiving people with unnecessary discussion and CHEAT on the non cancel-able products. Especially "David Benitez".. There are lot of hidden costs which will not be discussed. They promote MPP and suggest customers to cancel the package after 1 month( so that they get the incentive). But they never talk about non-cancellation packages like paint protection. They make you sign on ipad (in the name of digitization) once its signed you have $1500 to $2000 added without your knowledge. I suggest be careful before you sign any documents in this dealership.. They are NOT Trustworthy...

Abraham was vwry helpful, professional and kept me inform

Abraham was vwry helpful, professional and kept me inform through texts and phone calls. The turnaround to get my truck back was very quick! The phone system at dealership leaves a little to be desired. When calling my calls would be dropped over and over before I could finally reach someone.
