Best Service Experience-EVER!!

Went for service today, best customer service ever!! Jerilin was the absolute best! He was so extremely polite and informative! I have always loved Kelly Nissan Woburn and it keeps getting better!!

Great and friendly service

Have been here several times and they have always been great. Were efficient at replacing my battery ASAP and were helpful at patching up my tire. Always fast and great service!

Outstanding Service Dept !

Best service dept around !!! I’ve been dealing with Phi Phi Hoag for many years now and he is truly a gentleman and a professional . Great job as usual. Was hoping to purchase that Rock Creak Pathfinder on display. Maybe next time

Rogue recall

I brought my Rogue in for a recall. First time there and they are wonderful! Kind, cortious, professional and knoweledge, my Rogue was done in less than time quoted. It was washed and vacuumed. Thank you to Jesus and the rest of the crew there.

Just in for routine service. Everything was done and completed ahead of time. Phi Phi and Alan are great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service

Jesus was terrific. While dropping off my car for a routine oil change and tire rotation, he informed me of a significant airbag and seat belt required. He gave me a loaner car and performed recall rear over the weekend. He even found me a $20 coupon for the oil change. Excellent customer service

Excellent Customer Service

My experience was top notch. I had a lot I needed done so was there for a couple of hours. I was kept informed by Jerusalem multiple times and Jesus even came out offering to get anyone in the waiting room, coffee, water or anything else even though we could get for ourselves. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Today was horrible

Today was not great, my Murano was ready and no one came to talk to me letting me know about my car and details related with my Murano, my Murano was in the parking lot for more than 15 minutes I asked for help and they ignored me.
