Service provided as requested and car was ready at time promised. Car was also washed and clean. Waiting room is clean and tv, coffee, etc provided

Faulty battery

I was told I am in desperate need of a battery I bought the car in May. I had to call AAA for a jump about a month later. I feel that the battery needed to be changed before it was purchased I did not get the $250 Battery

Stellar service!

The service Dept and Brianna were great! Always fast, efficient, and friendly. Always takes time to explain what’s been done and any suggested up and coming concerns. I highly recommend both service and sales at Kelly Nissan! Shoot, I drive down from Kennebunk Me for this service!

Praise Jesus!

Jesus was great! He was friendly, helpful and kept me updated on my car and the length of time it took to get serviced. I’m definitely requesting him the next time I have to bring my car in. The only thing I wish - was they reset my computer so it still doesn’t say the car needs service and there is a tire problem.
