This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was amazing, even more Mr. Jeremy. He was honest in answering all my questions... and did not make me feel pressured to buy. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle.
I went to Valdosta Toyota today to have a tire changed because since we got our new 2019 Toyota Corolla 2 of the 4 tires have started separating. When... I got there I talked to the Assistant Service Manager (William Lindsey) and he looked at my tire and told me they would try to get both passenger side tires approved to change for me since both tires are separating. William Lindsey told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour for the tires to be changed. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I walked back to the service desk and talked to Mr. Lindsey again to see if my car was done and he told me I would be better off setting up an appointment for another day preferably when the tire rep is there, he said the tire rep comes once every 3 months and he didn't know what day he would be there but the day he showed up he would call me and I would need to come that day only. I listened to what he said and left valdosta toyota. I then turned around and came back because I was very unsatisfied with the way I had been treated and I walked back inside and told Mr. Lindsey that I needed my tire changed today, the tire was separating and I couldn't risk driving on this tire until the tire rep showed up( whenever that was gonna happen). He told me it would then take another 2 hours for them to get the approval to change my tire and to mount and balance the new tire. After waiting another 2 hours I walked from the waiting area back to the service area and saw that my car was sitting there already finished. Nobody notified me that my car was ready and we told Mr. Lindsey I had to pick my kid up when the car was finished so I needed to have it done asap. He never spoke to me again after giving him my keys. I was very unsatisfied with the way William Lindsey treated me today and if my car wasn't under warranty with valdosta toyota I would never return to this dealership again!!!
Hey Jason, since you already posted this review elsewhere a week ago, we are just going to post the same response here. We hate to hear that you had a... negative experience with our Service Department. I just sat down and had a long conversation with William to get his side of the story. While I understand the necessity of a brief review, the description above does not paint the full picture of what happened and why. With that said, I will try to be brief as well. 2-3 hours on warranty work of this type (especially on tires) is to be expected. Had it been a scenario where you had two faulty tires and were just needing to purchase new ones, that is a quick and easy process. Warranty work, on the other hand, requires a significantly greater amount of detail, people/vendors, and therefore time to get the required approvals and conduct the repairs. It is my understanding that this was explained to you (and your friend that was serving as your mouthpiece for most of the interactions). In regard to not letting you know when your vehicle was ready, we are only talking about a few minutes' lapse from when your repairs were completed to the time that you noticed the vehicle parked out front. William was away from his desk assisting other customers at the time the vehicle and paperwork were brought back up, so it was perfectly fine and appreciated that you noticed your vehicle had been brought up, went and checked out with William, and then left. This does not seem to be too much of a concern. Any level of rudeness, however, is much more concerning. If William was short, rude, or unprofessional at any point, we apologize. Although it sounds as if he primarily dealt with your friend and your wife, none of you should have been treated with anything less than the utmost respect. It sounds as if his patience wore thin with some of the repeated accusations and attempts to hurry the process (such as asserting that you had to leave to pick up your kids but then immediately returning after your wife called), but that does not at all justify a change in behavior from our staff. Therefore, we once again apologize for that part of your experience. We hate that you got off on the wrong foot with our Service Department, and we would love the opportunity to serve you better in the future. I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my Toyota in May of this year. My salesman Donnie Wilson went above and beyond to help me get the car I... wanted. He is the best. He was very informative on any question that I had. He knows his vehicles..new and used. I have even contacted him about my car after I bought it and he was very helpful. If you want a great sales experience when buying a car, come to Valdosta Toyota and ask for Donnie Wilson. I promise you will not regret it. Donnie Wilson was awesome.

Best customer service around. I take my vehicle here for regular maintenance, staff always professional and very organized. After maintenance service... I always get the deluxe car wash package. It's like riding a brand new car afterwards when I pick up my Rav 4.
