Awsome service personnel...however...
I have nothing negative to say about the service department per se, which deserves a higher than two star rating. But unfortunately, my frustration with the other departments at this dealer has soured my perception of the entire dealership, and two stars is because service is averaged with the sales dept and administrative staff who deserve a ZERO star rating after my dismal experience leasing my current vehicle. It has been a virtual "comedy of errors" with one person placing blame on another... I have never heard "NOT MY FAULT" uttered so often by so many people. First it was incorrect completion of the lease paperwork (Michael Pace is extremely personable, but he IS apparently the one who made the error), which necessitated a dealer employee coming to my home to re-sign, but because the date was not changed, it was not submitted in time to Hyundai lease finance, so became incumbent on ME to determine the correct payment amount to make the initial payment without penalty; then I had to literally badger the sales department to issue the promotional $40 gift card for my having taken a test drive (something else obviously not submitted in a timely manner); then the latest is the messed up registration I received, which is, once again, "not the dealer's fault" although after calling our state Motor Vehicle Dept in Harrisburg, I was told it IS the dealer's fault because it is up to them to submit the correct information on the paperwork (and this was a transfer registration, so should have been EXACTLY the same as for the former vehicle, but the "not our fault" dealer managed to screw it up and blame the state!) No surprise considering the overall incompetency I've encountered on this transaction, friendly enough, but totally incapable of thinking "outside the box" to resolve problems that are then left to the customer. Now it becomes incumbent on me to once again, correct the dealer's error. I will NEVER deal with Dickson City Hyundai again, and will either seek an alternate Hyundai dealer at the termination of this lease, or look for another brand (Subaru was running a close second...) Thank this dealer for destroying "brand loyalty" with this 4th Hyundai customer!

My experience at Dickson City Hyundai
I recently leased a 2019 Kona at Dickson City Hyundai. Jon and Rich both worked with me to get the best deal possible. The whole process from start to finish took only a few hours and I drove off with my new car that day! Not only did I get a great deal, I received a $50 gift card and got to go in the money machine! Problem(s) not resolved
I went there because my antenna cover fell off, they advised it fell off due to being hit, and couldn’t cover it under my warranty, I had to purchase a new antenna if I wanted it fixed. Wht upset me was that I left my work parking lot which is in an open area, and the thing fell off, luckily I heard it so that I could recover it. Still my fault though, not covered. Brakes are grinding, they’re new and rotors are new, but can’t find the grinding. Air filters and cabin filters need to be replaced, I’ll do that on my own for 1/4 of the cost. Sunroof doesn’t close every time and gets stuck open at times, couldn’t locate the electrical issue. Key fob issue, needs a battery for $6.50, I’ll get one at Walmart for $2, thanks. Overall, disappointed in my once very special vehicle, due to the 2 hr wait for a loner vehicle even though I was advised to wait a half hr. No issues resolved except my oil change. My service associates were very friendly, just upsetting that I can’t fix the car even though it wasn’t my fault.

We brought our car in for an oil change and found out that we had almost $600 in service that needed to be repaired but we were not able to afford it all, so they were able to help us out
