The staff is nice and helpful my only complain is that I spent over $4,000 for my brakes and my car still squeels pretty bad when I brake. I did take it again with this complain and they said thats normal, how can that be normal??? I replace brakes 4 Months ago. Not sure what else to do.

Buyer beware of the CPO designation offered at this dealership. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Macan S with 11,800 miles not too long ago. Six months later, after having driven 7,000 miles, all four tires and the rear brakes had to be replaced at a cost of $2,700. I appealed this to the sales department, who disavowed any responsibility and turned the matter over to the service department. The service manager basically said "tough luck". Porche has a wonderful product line, but, the Naples Porsche dealership failed me miserably. I have since sold the car and returned to Lexus. If I was ever to reconsider Porsche I would NEVER go to this dealership again.

After submitting all documentation to the dealership - a 3-page detailed invoice and an array of pix of the worn out tire & brake components - my position was, and remains, that I be reimbursed for ONLY 40%, or $1,100 of the total invoice amount. This amount is a close proximation of my share of the miles and wear-and-tear I put on this "CPO" car from the time I bought it to when replacements were required. If the dealership truly wants "to make this better" they have my contact information on file and can arrange to reimburse me as previously requested. It should not have taken this, and my prior efforts, to simply get them to do the right thing to preserve Porsche's otherwise stellar reputation.

Macan Sport
This is my second Macan purchased through Philippe Martin in Naples Fl. He helped me design my second Macan which I love. He is always available to help for any reason with a smile and an answer. In the service department Victoria is there to help expedite ones needs and see that your service is completed in a timely fashion. I can't Believe how good the service is. I have experienced many high end dealerships . Including Ferrari and Bentley. This dealer ship is absolutely this best. Titania and Daniella have been some of my superstars there. I don't have enough room in the post to describe the level of service . The Ritz Carlton and The Plaza of motor dealerships.
