Just had my second year service on my GT4RS and worked with Kevin Anderson. He made sure that the parts department had in stock the special engine oil & special brake flush fluid I requested for this years service. I track my car and this year I had the service department rescan the computer codes twice just to make sures all pertinent safety systems are functioning which they always have, (its just for peace of mind). The loaner was ready and waiting for me as I had to change the original service date that was scheduled a long time ago. The service department uses a text message system to communicate with customers which is very effective. I like a lot of detail and when ever I ask Kevin to call me to review something about the service, he calls promptly. He makes sure I am comfortable with our discussion always. Kevin and the entire team at Porsche Naples do a great job!
