only two months of having this car and in the first TWO WEEKS i had a bad fuel pump sensor issue AND transmission maintenance required AND an oil change (that i got done in the first week out of pocket) , two weeks trying to get it fixed by their service department they tell us they cant fix it when it is clearly a fuel problem and i knew that. They then tell us it has to go to GMC to get fixed because they cant replace a fuel pump? Weird but moving on, was then told an incentive of the warranty was only an $100 deposit which it was ON TOP of $400-500 that the warranty is NOT covering lol. Mind you the car was so new that the warranty was even active.. overall i feel scammed 0/10 don’t recommend how do you claim to not cover anything wrong with the car after getting it but don't get it serviced for basic maintenance such as a fuel pump/sensor system, transmission flush, or oil change .this has absolutely been a nightmare !

I was told I had to do a credit check before I can test
I was told I had to do a credit check before I can test drive a car. It's my belief that I was discriminated against due to my attire and race. I have never been told that I have to do A pre-screening credit check to test drive a car.. i Refused to get a hard inquiry on my credit score for something I might not want. The Mercedes-Benz G wagon that I was interested in had multiple cracks and dents and once I asked about it, I was told it never been in an accident when it was clearly shown proof of an accident on the vehicle. I am not sure about anyone else experience, but this guy was a joke and it's a bad reflection on the Dealership as a whole.

Good experience working with them on purchasing vehicle, they were very accommodating of my schedule to look at vehicle and test drive !! Was able to negotiate with them on vehicle I wanted and came to agreement on price !! Really good experience, would tell anyone looking for vehicle to give them a shot to earn your business!!!

Horrible, simple horrible
Horrible service as well as selling me lies upon lies on contract. Abdale tried to swindle me out of much more than what the car was worth. Go somewhere else to buy your vehicle, these people are not to be trusted!

Great experience, best I have had. Abdul was personable, provided feedback for exactly what I asked for. He did not waste my time trying to hustle me. Excellent customer service. I found what I wanted online. I messaged the company. Abdul was in contact with me very quickly. He had me preapproved in minutes, and on the lot to pick up my car the next day. Bob was great!!! I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes!!

My husband and I just bought two cars from Abdel at Brothers. This is our 3rd and 4th cars, and nobody takes care of us like Abdel does. Honest and always working for his customers. I have been buying cars here for 6+ years, and get great service after the sale!

Great experience. Very nice and respectful. Great price on the car. I negotiated the purchase through email and then finalized in person. I am very happy with the customer service as well as the value I paid for the vehicle. I would definitely purchase from them again.

embarrassed and shocked
Explained when I arrived that there were 3 cars I wanted to drive with manual transmissions before buying. Brothers had a 5 Speed Civic that I wanted to drive and may well have chosen. We will never know. I was told I could look at the car and if I decided I wanted it then I could come back and drive it Ridiculous. How do you know if you like a car until you test drive it? Should I have lied and said it was my dream car? I?m on my 50s and can buy s car. I?m not some bum off the street. Never be back. Very rude.

Out of town buyer who was left sitting at table
After four days of negotiations, several back-and-forth phone calls, messages, texts, e-mails, and online forms including successfully running my credit application, Brothers Auto Sales, sold the vehicle out from under me! Their excuse was that someone came in after I had begun the purchase process with cash--and, that's all it took. To say that I'm disappointed as well as angry should be understandable. Be aware! Even if you are paying asking price and adding on extras like an extended warranty, management will take the quick, easy deal instead. After several mentions of how they would treat me right, I shudder to think what they would do if they were out to get me!
