As a woman who knows nothing about cars, buying a vehicle can be both intimidating and risky. I have been looking on my own for a used Toyota Highlander for months. I spent a lot of time checking Facebook marketplace and other listing services looking at cars. I was looking for a low mileage car that was affordable for me. I actually took two that I found to my mechanic, and he flunked both of them. Through Mike Hickman, who has worked there for 15 years, I was able to find a wonderful Highlander in my price range. He made it painless. He is honest, has integrity, and is a really nice guy. He was a pleasure to deal with. This may sound cliche, but I never write reviews. I had such an amazing experience at Centennial that I am making an exception. If you're not familiar with the concept of a handshake being as good as a written contract, maybe think back to when your grandparents or great grandparents did business in their community. Basically, the handshake symbolizes trust in someone, and that's what you have when you deal with Centennial. I really needed to have that because I don't know very much about trucks and how to spot a bad one. I had the pleasure of working with Wolf through the process of purchasing my truck. I would not really label him as a salesman, sometimes mentioning a car salesman can bring up thoughts of someone trying to get all they can out of a customer without really trying to help the person get a good deal. I would more likely label him a car guide, because he is truly trying to help you get the car that best fits your needs. No pressure and no worries that it's a shady deal he's trying to pawn off on you. They say they stand by their cars and they do. I had an issue with my truck and when I brought it to Wolf's attention he verified it with a mechanic and then fixed it at no cost to me and right away, no putting me off, no trying to back out of tacking care of it even though they already had my money. Like I said, we shook hands when we made our deal and he stood by that. Not sure how many car dealerships you know that you can have that kind of trust in but Centennial is definitely one of them.
