In most dealerships I can not get the sales people to hear what I'm saying. Mike Reed heard every word I said and made the sale happen very quickly. I can't say enough about how easy and pleasant the process was. On top of that I got a beautiful GMC Acadia that drives so smooth.

Worst Stealership to Date!!
Do not buy from here and definitely do not service here! The service department is by far the worst I have ever seen. I bought a brand new GMC Yukon SLT and have had vibrating/shaking every time I go over 45-50 mph. I took it to the service department 3 times now and have yet to fix the vibrating. Everything shakes and it’s quite embarrassing when people ride with me because they ask what’s wrong with my SUV. They replaced 2 tires but it didn’t do anything and the GM is very rude and condescending. I’ve tried to contact corporate but the Gm just calls me instead. I was told this last time to drive it a few thousand miles to see if it goes away which it hasn’t! I’m now looking up lemon laws to get the ball rolling. I’ve owned many new vehicles including trucks and never had this shaking or terrible service! I’m writing this hoping the owner or corporate contacts me to resolve this horrible issue on a $75,000 SUV. Beware cause once you drive away after buying then they could care less about you! Stay away!!! This place just plain sucks. The GM is the worst I’ve seen in all the dealerships I’ve been to. They got my money and now they could care less about fixing the shaking in my Yukon. His response was for me to take it to another GM dealership. This isn’t stopping at the BBB. Beware to everyone to stay away if you want your issues fixed and have employees that care cause this place sure doesn’t. Eric Wilson does not have any people skills and shouldn’t be managing a dealership.
Never buy from AndyMohr if you care for your money
Would have given Andy Mohr zero stars if given a chance. Worst customer service at Andy Mohr Buick, Fishers, Indiana!!! Sold me a risky car. I have bought a vehicle from a local dealer in Indianapolis during the pandemic and it was great. Perfectly worked and met all my needs. In fact, even more than I expected with no issues at all as long as I owned it. Later, I wanted to upgrade my car from Andy Mohr and I am so devastated for making this choice. I know dealers sometimes sell the car as is but it doesn’t mean they have the right to put our lives at risk without ensuring safety while selling the car. I was assured that the car is perfectly fine although it has an engine indicator shown up on my dash. When asked about this, I was assured that it was a minor thing and has nothing to do with the repair. However, on the very next day of buying the car, it stopped in the middle of the highway saying engine over heating. I had to get it towed and repaired for a total of $500 and few days later, this happened again and invested another $300 on it. What’s worse is that at the time of purchase, i was told that any engine and transmission related repairs would be taken care of at free cost if i purchase a warranty. They also said that it would be reimbursed later. After getting that repaired, I was told that it is not reimbursed for the first 60 days. After asking about it again, i was told that it has to be brought to the dealer and then it would get repaired. How can a car that stopped on the middle of the road a 75 miles away from the dealer be taken to the store in that condition? Later, I was told that I could take to any andy mohr nearby but none of them were ready to take it unless the request is processed by the original dealer. So I have requested them to give an update on it and none of them really seemed to care. One said that they are on a leave. The other said that she would talk to their managers and get back to me but never did. It’s like I got fed up and I feel this is the biggest mistake of all my purchases. Every one seems to have half knowledge on this. I could mention their names as well but I don’t want to put it on public here. I really regret buying from them. They don’t even care after selling it to you. Forget about the customer service, they don’t even have complete knowledge to answer.
