Had a bad experience.

Had a bad experience. The salesman quoted me prices over the phone that made no sense—new cars were listed cheaper than the heavily used one I was calling about, but he was sure those were accurate when I asked. Frustrated, I called back and spoke with the used sales manager. I explained that if the new car costs the same as a very used one, then the used car must be severely overpriced and asked if we could negotiate. He told me that if I was calling out of town then he has the best price. He then rudely told me to “just buy a car near you then” before even hearing me out. Now I was really upset. He then told me their website stacks every possible discount—including employee pricing and offers most people don’t qualify for—to make the price look lower. I told him quoting that over the phone and listing them that way in the first place was sketchy, especially since I couldn’t see the site’s fine print. He hung up on me. We never even got to discuss the actual car I was interested in. I’ve been buying cars with my family for 20 years, and this was the worst interaction I've had. Whether it was miscommunication or just his attitude, the moment I brought up negotiating, he treated me like I was trying to get a car for free. I might still consider the vehicle—but hate this dealership’s service. It was mishandled from the start.

Many thanks to Javy Labrador and the team at Andy Mohr for getting me into my new (to me) Sierra 1500. This past Saturday, my wife, kids, and I went to a few dealerships before Andy Mohr and we either couldn't find a truck we liked or the numbers just didn't work. Javy took his time and was able to deliver exactly what I needed. He actually took what was turning out to be a stressful day and made it a fun experience. They worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted while staying within my budget. I recommend everyone who is looking to buy a car in Indy to check out this dealership and ask for Javy.

Made a follow up call and dealt with an extremely abrasive gentleman. After listening to his banter for 2 minutes, I wished him a nice day. My feel was whoever buys a low priced car is a bother and has no space at the dealer. All the best

Scheduled an appointment, price rose $1800 the next day, I canceled appointment and price went down $1500. They'll raise the price on you under your nose, don't buy.

I wanted to look at a 2014 Malibu. The salesmen couldn't get the car started, battery was completely dead. When I asked the salesmen if we could try to get it started he absolutely refused. All it needed was a different battery or to be jump started with jumper cables instead of using a jump box. He refused and just told me to have luck with my car hunt

I recently purchased a new GMC terrain from Andy Moore

I recently purchased a new GMC terrain from Andy Moore Buick in fishers Indiana my salesman James Bogan and Ahmed Nasfi Were absolutely the best I am an older lady and I have purchased several vehicle in my life and I think dealing with Andy Moore and these two gentlemen was probably the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle so my hat is off to both of them and I would highly recommend either one of these two. They were both great and by the way, I love my new car.

Communication was from Chicago to Mohr, Fishers IN.

Communication was from Chicago to Mohr, Fishers IN. Which should not be to terribly tough. Sales was initially spot on returning calls and texts. Then communication was lost when I was planning to make the drive down. After making a call to management my call was finally returned from sales. The shorter version....when I asked for an out the door quote one was emailed with an added $1098 for Ziebart and some sort of car alarm. I asked them to remove this as it was NOT in the original price of the truck. I told sales I would not be coming down unless this add on cost was removed. Sales called saying management would not remove the $1098 additional cost. Simply said deal is done and I will not be dealing with any Mohr group dealer. Perhaps you can add another charge for a steering wheel? Your price should be your price! This is why car dealers get a bad rap for xx scamming the customers! Hope your truck sits on your lot a few more months.

Service Department Disappoints: A Cautionary Tale I had a frustrating experience at Andy Mohr Buick GMC. After taking my 2021 GMC 2500 Sierra in for an “Evaporative Emissions System” warning light, I was charged around $500 for the service. Just three days later, the same warning light reappeared. I returned to the service department and was charged again for another diagnostic test, only to be told they needed to keep my vehicle for further work. Today, I received a message stating I’d need to pay another $500. It’s disappointing that they didn’t catch this issue during the initial diagnostic. To make matters worse, this is a company vehicle, and they refused to provide a loaner while my truck is being worked on. Jonathan, the representative who assisted me, was polite, but the overall experience has been unsatisfactory. He informed me that the necessary parts were unavailable and would need to be expedited from another state. I am completely dissatisfied with this service.
