Very disappointed with my transmission repair experience. Communication was poor, updates were rarely provided, emails went unanswered, and I was left without transportation after my rental coverage expired due to repair delays. I repeatedly had to seek information myself. When I picked up my vehicle, customer service was equally disappointing, with long waits and little assistance. While management eventually offered partial compensation, the overall experience fell far below expectations.

Very unprofessional, over charged me and did not provide services requested they were supposed to program my remote start and did not do so and did not tell me they did not do the remote start it was a total ripoff I will never do business there again and I will also let others know

BEWARE Out-of-State Customers: I purchased a vehicle advertised on Cars.com and their website at $26,000, but after placing a deposit I was told I would be “double-taxed” unless I used dealer-arranged shipping and had it shipped to NY. I was also told I could not arrange my own shipper for half the cost. In the end, I was required to accept additional charges (window etching, paint protection, and shipping) that were not disclosed in the advertised price. After delivery, I found no evidence that the window etching I was charged for had been applied. I feel it was not only deceptive advertising, but also was charged for non-delivered goods. Based on my experience, the advertised price was not actually available without mandatory add-ons. I attempted to resolve this directly but was denied. Complaints have been filed with the Indiana Attorney General and Secretary of State, and I remain willing to resolve the matter.

I had an amazing experience at Andy Mohr GMC in Fishers. Andy Queisser was an outstanding salesman very low pressure, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly does what he says and is a man of his word. Sitota Mulugeta in finance was top tier as well. Also low-pressure, honest, and clearly has your best interest at heart. She explains everything clearly and tells it like it is while still being respectful and professional. The entire team was next level. This was honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I'm 31 and have purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships over the years. This one definitely takes the cake. I would recommend Andy Mohr GMC Fishers to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Still waiting here 2 hours into an oil change appointment. It’s like this every time. This dealer is the only place that carries the special oil my SUV requires. Can’t wait to go back to owning a Toyota

Terrible experience drove an hour and a half one-way for a car I was told was what ready brand new by the way and then getting there and being told the car is locked up in a building and I don?t have the keys during normal business hours then being up sold on more expensive vehicles, then after two hours finding out the truth that the car was damaged then after talking and negotiating, the fix was told we would receive the car on Thursday that week noted. We came on a Saturday before the car did not come on Thursday there was no communication on Wednesday or Thursday then after another week after buying the vehicle, it shows up without all the floor mats that was negotiated for the deal and one of the seatbelt chimes is malfunctioning even when you have the seatbelt plugged in and no one will return my phone calls. If you?re buying a vehicle stay away from Andy Moore Buick in fishers Indiana have never had such terrible service in my life.
