Best experience ever!

I went in Andy Mohr Buick GMC to purchase a vehicle after having no luck at a few other car lots. After being in a head on collision, Andy Mohr made it possible to drive away in a great vehicle. Great

The total experience from beginning to end was immaculate our salesman John was very attentive detailed knowledgeable and just a plain great guy. The finance person David was great it was painless the whole process took an hour and 30 minutes which was great nothing like it used to be back in the day I would recommend Andy Mohr John and David to anybody

Needs to update website Pronto. Nice people.

Feel like I was deceived. It states on the site that home delivery is free right underneath every vehicle. But it's not. I love how many dealerships have keep delivery an option and don't mind a price but 2800 is surreal. The website needs an update. Very quick response. Answered my all my questions. It was kind of them to look up the tow capacity on the Limited (though I could and did do that at the same time), but I thought a dealer might have more insight than the factory or curb capacity it could pull. Still waiting on photos. Hopefully we can make it out to the car. No point in purchasing online if delivery is no longer an option (or over priced). Nice people.

I went to purchase my new car that I had ordered. Salesman was very attentive and helpful. He answered questions and showed me everything I needed to know about my new car before I left. Thanks again!

Be careful with salesman and sales manager

Everything was going good until we had signed everything and they asked how we were paying 2000 down payment. We had told them multiple times just doing 2k trade and no money down. Refuse to ever pay a down payment anywhere. Everything had been signed otherwise I would of went somewhere else at that point. David the finance guy was awesome to work with

Excellent Experience at Andy Mohr GMC!

This is one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had at a car dealer, and I've dealt with many. Tyler and Leroy were absolute professionals. No slick talk or stupid games, upfront on everything. None of that slimy back and forth trickery between this guy and that guy. I'm an excellent BS detector, and at no time did I sense I was being screwed with or manipulated... you know, the typical dealer annoyances that you usually walk out because of. I got none of that here. And I mean zero. I was mostly taken aback by Leroy the Finance guy... such a decent guy where a lot of the finance folks have a less than honest reputation. There was none of that ridiculous fuzzy math or pushing me to buy a bunch of extra crap I don't want. Its like he automatically knew I'm not that guy, so he didn't bother trying which I very much appreciate. Leroy is a real stand-up guy and it shows. I wish I lived closer because Andy Mohr GMC would be my new go-to. With as painful as prices are right now, they made it as painless and hassle free as possible. Thanks guys!
