Was our first time for service at this dealership. Was in and out on a Saturday morning even with repairing a nail in a tire. Angela took great care of us and will be back for future service needs.

Oil change and nail in tire
I was very pleased with my service. Oil change and tire repaired. I had to come back because the tire pressure light would not go off. Angie (great lady and very personable) was helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to everyone who was apart of this experience!

Having issues with my truck for the 4th time
First off, Bob Flynn is great. He always helps me and does everything he can. For the 3rd time in a year and a half I took my truck in because there was a very bad noise when the truck was in 4wheel drive. After dropping it off on Friday the 27 i was called on Monday the 30 to be told nothing is wrong. I asked them to put the truck in 4 wheel drive and after Bob checked with the shop foreman he said they can’t do that. So reluctantly I came and got it. When I got back to work 3 different male co workers drove it in 4wheel drive and the noise was so god awful, that1 of them drove back with me only to have shop foreman come out and try to say that all the vehicles make that noise in 4 wheel drive. He was rude and you could tell he didn’t want to assist. It was a burden that we were there. He tried to tell my friend that it is suppose to make this noise. I have had this truck for 18 months and been in the shop 4 times. So the shop foreman said they would keep it and see. But they wouldn’t be able to diagnose unless there were actual conditions for the 4wheel drive to be used, which isn’t true. So on the 31st I left my truck again I was notified on Thursday the 2nd that they found an issue with some out that split in half and they were going to have t replace the axel shaft for it to stop. Then on Friday I was told it was fixed. How is it fixed when u tried to tell me that conditions had to be present to test it. How is it u didn’t find this when I, a woman, came by myself. How is it you found something when I brought a man with me. Hmmmmm. Kind of obvious that u don’t care. This shop foreman is the rudest u.personable man I have met. I came to andymohr Pontiac 20yrs ago and they screwed me. I swore off Andy Moho after that until a year and a half ago.... I thought I would give it another go, well I should have stuck with my gut. I came to Andy mohr because I wanted this canyon. I could have gone to Tom wood Ford, and got a family discount. But I chose u. What a mistake. Now I want to know what ur going to do for me. I can promise that when this lease is up I will not be back ever again, and I will make sure I tell everyone. I know 1person may not make a difference, but... AGAIN BOB IS GREAT. Please get rid of your shop foreman who is a shovinistic pompous xxx.

Edit (1/2/2020): We called today to express our incredible displeasure about purchasing a very expensive car and not being able to drive it over a month but yet are still forced to pay for it. They said that they won't help us because we "trashed" them on social media by leaving this 100% accurate review. They then bashed us for taking a week to get a pay stub when we made it absolutely clear we'd have to get from the company due to the pay structure. Thus, once again, go anywhere else but this lot. I've bought and sold dozens of cars in the past few years and have never, ever been so infrurated with a dealership like Andy Mohr Buick GMC. I will absolutely be filing a compliant with the BBB and Attorney General for their sleezy tactics, disrespect, unprofessional, and false representation of product (car) sold. I went to this dealership to pick up a 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat with ~10,000 miles that I've been eyeballing for a long time. Little did I know my dream car would end up being an absolute mess of nightmare. From the very first day it was not a very good experience with the salesman but he was new and understandable. He was a very nice guy but it was frustrating having to wait 30 minutes just to get the keys. We were told that the car was in Tip-Top shape as the test drive showed there was no check engine light and the ride was pretty smooth. Next, after buying the car we realized it indeed never even had an oil change which they said it already had. So we had to schedule another time to come in and change the oil. Every time they call, they call me by a completely incorrect name. So now it's the next day owning the car and I started it and here's a check engine light. I take it to a completely different dealership to have it checked out lo and behold there are a ton of problems with it. Not only is there something wrong with the engine but also the GPS didn't work. When they went to do an update it bricked the entire radio system meaning there was no radio, control of engine performance, climate control, or anything else. We get the car back without the radio control meaning we can't control the heat or cold, and now there's another check engine light for something completely different. So all in all, if you're going to buy a car from this place, do yourself a great justice and get it looked at by a third party mechanic. I bought my car in early December and it's not scheduled to be fully functional until early to mid January of 2020.
