James was great.

James was great. Very professional and thorough. Was a pretty fast experience. Dealership was busy but James was available and had the vehicle we wanted to look at ready.

When I arrived, I asked about home delivery on a vehicle,

When I arrived, I asked about home delivery on a vehicle, to which I was told, "we don't have enough staff for that." Was shown two vehicles that needed to be jump-started, one of which smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Then the dealership tried to sell me a 6-year-old vehicle for more than KBB fair market value at 10% interest, and it hadn't even been in for service yet. They refused to budge on price, but now the vehicle is listed for the price I requested. Fortunately, I went elsewhere and got a 4-year-old, certified used vehicle with comparable miles for less money and less interest. Will never buy from an Andy Mohr store!

We went to look at a Jeep that was advertised.

We went to look at a Jeep that was advertised. They were very friendly and helpful with us. No high pressure salesmen. We test drove it, and had a few other dealers we wanted to check out. This was a Friday afternoon. We talked it over the weekend and went back on Monday to purchase it. They were Very Helpful with us during the purchase! We will go back to Andy Morh for future purchases.

Advertise on internet looked at vehicle then jacked price up. Wont go back!!!! Nothing but crooks!!! Then next day price was lowered on internet!!!!

We appreciate you sharing this, Denett; you’re absolutely correct about the price change. On a monthly basis, GM sets incentives on vehicles that affect the pricing. Those incentives usually expire at the end of every month, and they then come out with fresh offers for the next month. If you looked at a vehicle at the end of one month and the beginning of another, it’s perfectly natural that the price would fluctuate. Top Notch Professionals

I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Commander. I make this statement up front, Because I was treated with absolute professionalism and courtesy by Mr. David Graves. I am sure this sale was not much of a money maker for the business, but I was treats as though I were buying a new vehicle. I was treated with absolute respect and dignity. There were no sales gimmicks, just straight up plain talk, I very much respected that approach. I was given the options and made my own decision with no pressure. I also commend the dealership for not misrepresenting the vehicle, it was exactly as advertised. I just want to say Thanks to the entire team for a job well done!!
