As I was finishing up the paperwork the salesperson came in and said that a tire had a bad place on it. The service manager went out to take a look and decided to replace both back tires!!!!! Great customer service is really hard to find these days, but these people have it figured out. I highly recommend Donohoo Auto.

made an offer on a vehicle on line; response was very quick. Test drove vehicle without seeing salesman; very easy, no hassle, was able to test drive car late on Saturday and then go to dinner: in and out. Corresponded by e mail to finalize the offer; arranged to come pick up vehicle. Paper work was already prepared, so about 10 minutes of waiting followed by 10 minutes of paperwork and was on my way.

We have bought 2 cars from Donahoo. Excellent service and easy negotiations. One car needed floor mats and another needed owners manual. They ordered these with no problems. Highly recommend!!!

Donohoo Auto was is a great place to find a good used car. They have just about anything that you can choose from. If you have any questions they are happy to answer them. They allow you to look and test drive any car on the lot. If you do not want to drive then they will have somebody drive for you, which was very helpful to me! They also have very good pricing. They have a CAR FAX on all of their cars, which is also very helpful. The car I bought from Donohoo Auto was a tan Cadillac Escalade. The car was in very good condition and it had very low millage, to be a 2007. All of the tires were good and the oil life was good. But the tires did have a little bit of ware on them, so they even knocked 300 dollars off the price of the car! Also they even put a full tank of gas in it for me. All I can say is that I would definitely recommend this dealer ship to anybody looking to buy a good used car.

First of all, their prices were unbeatable. I got more options and more car for the price. Secondly, the staff were very professional, friendly, and very eager to answer your questions. They had a maintenance tech that went out of his way to take care of me. Anyway, I have recommended them to my friends and family. When I can afford to buy another car, I know exactly where I am going.

They have a great selection. When we went to do the paperwork they made us sit for about an hour when I had sent them everything they requested before even coming to pick up the car. The salesman was very dry. Not very friendly at all. Only reason I went to donohoo was because of the selection and they had the exact car my wife wanted. I would not go there to buy a car if I could find it at another dealership.

The buying experience was actually a pretty good one(07 Honda Accord Coupe V6). No pressure to buy and relaxed atmosphere made my choice to purchase here easy. My only problem was that I wish the sales staff would have informed me that the vehicle I purchased had a rattle in the door that they apparently fixed good enough for it to last until it was driven for a bout 2- 3 days.
