Sold car after I got approved to buy it and I asked if it was still available was told yes do not understand why I was not told that in the beginning

WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED, IT WAS EXACTLY AS REPRESENTED AND EVEN CONTAINED SEVERAL BIRTHDAY GOODIES INCLUDING A HUGE RED BOW WHICH SHE HAS SAVED! Purchased a vehicle a couple years ago, perfect transaction. Purchased another one recently from donohoo, very disappointed. The car was missing a sensor and had no AC. Guess AC isn’t on their presale checklist. After leaving a negative review on another site, sales manager called me me with very negative and hostile comments. Purchasing a car online is always scary. However, Eugenio and the team at Donohoo made it the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everything was done as promised with the Q7. When we got the car back to TN and the Audi dealer found some issues, Donohoo took care of it and went above and beyond our expectations. They have earned a customer for life! I can't begin to say enough good things about them They are the best of the best in used cares and taking care of the customer!

They provided a excellent selection of vehicles, customer service was on an all star level and prices were unbelievable. The entire process went very smoothly and i will definitely buy here on my next vehicle purchase!!!

The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.

I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
