The worst manipulative experience I ever experienced.

The worst manipulative experience I ever experienced. This was the 4th Toyota I have bought from a Toyota dealership and never experienced this level of regret after a purchase. I've actually never regretted a purchase from Toyota until this one. The one thing I can thank them for is learning a life lesson. Don't trust this dealership.

Matt McCurdy's Service of my Toyota RAV4 was EXCELLENT in

Matt McCurdy's Service of my Toyota RAV4 was EXCELLENT in every way and could not have been better!!! Specifically, he recommended a day for the repair work that was not overcrowded in his department. He was on time for my repair. He kept me posted with info as the repair work progressed. I very much liked and appreciated the video of the technicians working on my car. He arranged a shuttle ride to and from your facility that was very efficient. The service on my car was completed by noon as anticipated by Mr. McCurdy. Mr. McCurdy deserves all the appreciation that you can give him. Thank you very very much!!! Harry King

Never again going here.

Never again going here. Went in to buy a used sales truck. I told the salesman I only wanted my credit ram with Toyota financial and Capital One. I remained firm with this. They gave no care in the world and ran my credit with 2 other banks. I was getting notifications on my phone as they were doing it. When I question the finance manager he evaded the question. Then when I was leaving they said that they put gas in the truck. They put 5 dollars!! I had to complain so they can put more and reach half a tank. I know they have to sale but to go this low is shameful especially with my credit.

We were greeted by Mustafa Yasin with a friendly smile

We were greeted by Mustafa Yasin with a friendly smile and that began the best car buying experience that we ever had. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process and the same level continued with the sales manager. There was no pressure. The entire atmosphere in the dealership was superior to other dealerships. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a vehicle.

From the moment Sed Shah greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. He was very knowledgeable about the used car we found online. After a test drive, we decided to buy, and Syed made the entire process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. I would enthusiasticly recomend Syed and Fred Haas Toyota!

What a great experience tonight at Fred Haas Toyota

What a great experience tonight at Fred Haas Toyota Country. We were greeted by Noah Willyard who was very helpful in helping us find the truck we wanted. He was very attentive to what we wanted in a truck and took us right to it. No pressure was made to hurry up and make a decision. He was patient to wait till after closing to show us the new features and answer any questions before we left. I would recommend Fred Haas Toyota Country and Noah Willyard to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. We drove away feeling as though we got the best deal around. Thank you Noah and Fred Haas for facilitating a big decision that we’ll not forget or regret. We will be back again !!!! Thanks again Noah.

nobody told me i needed to go in at 15,000 miles.

nobody told me i needed to go in at 15,000 miles. at 20,000 now and i started noticing my gas mileage being terrible and engine noises, so figured I'd need an oil change. apprarently that's complimentary at 20,000 miles which is great, but again, i didn't know that and nobody has been calling to tell me. So i make the appointment on my own, they tell me everything will be covered, then call me halfway through to tell me all things it needs that wont be covered. I get in my car afterwards and the maintenance light is on, i ask why that is, and they say it hasn't been updated but should go away by the next day. the next day, it's still on, and the engine is still making noise, and my gas mileage still sucks. lady on the phone says im due for my 20,000 check up. i tell her i did that on my own 2 days ago. she apologizes for the mistake and then tells i got bad info about the maintenance required light and that I have to go in to get it turned off. this place is dead to me. joe myers on 290 is far better.
