Changed ownership Worst place ever!
Purchased 2016 Highlander from here. Took out extended warranty. Vehicle would not start. Called wrecker. Took over 4 hours to pick it up. Service guy was the worst. Said I needed battery, oil change, filer change and there is a part that needs replaced under warranty. Told me I would be reimbursed for a rent car. After I got home he called and said the car is ready. The part under warranty does not need replaced. Said a shuttle would pick me up the next day. My vehicle would not start 7AM. I did not get home until 4:30PM. Now Uber does not come to Magnolia. When I called the service guy back he said their shuttle picks up within 10 miles and it is up to them whether they come this far. There handicap ramps are the worst spaced out joke I have ever seen. I am an amputee. The last time I was there they put a nice size dent in my door. Said the car was dirty and I just didn't notice it until they washed it. If you do buy a car there DO NOT TAKE OUT EXTENDED WARRANTY. They are hopping the bad part holds up until the warranty is out. They won't even fix a dent they put in the vehicle.
Unbelievably horrible experience
Mr Gaige, If I am being completely honest with you my recent experience with your dealership/Salesmen was the worst I have ever had. The salesman was rude from the first phonecall till the last! I did not need a vehicle but saw the 2016 buick and liked it. I called in hopes that the process of test driving, negotiating, and purchasing the vehicle would go smoothly. I live in Lake Charles, La and drove for 2 1/2 hours to look at the vehicle and test drive it. After all the unprofessionalism on the phone I hoped that a face to face interaction would go alot more smoothly. I honestly had every intention of buying the car before I left Louisiana. After test driving I was ready to buy for sure!!! The salesman talk to the financial person about my offer which was $750 less then the asking price. The sales manager came out and told me there was no need to go back and forth with the salesman and he could not help me!!!! I drove back to Louisiana in shock about the unprofessionalism and lack of willingness to negotiate the price to sell a vehicle. I really liked the car tough and called the salesman I had been speaking with (Internet Sales). I told him that if they waived the dealership fee of $360 I was still interested in buying the car. He said he made some calls and there was nothing he could do!! After I told him I did not want the car he text me 3 different times throughout the day in a taunting way making sure he understood correctly that I was walking away from the car behind $300 when in all actuality the dealership let me walk away behind $360. I gave your dealership every opportunity to win my business and was rejected at every turn. It is not mine or any other consumer's responsibility to chase down and win the business of merchants, but just the opposite! I do not need a vehicle but am always looking just in case I see something that catches my eye. Fred Haas will not be a dealership I will ever consider dealing with again. I will tell anyone who ask about my experience not to shop there and will leave a review about my experience on every social media outlet, and online buying site I have access too!!

Bait and switch
Twice they have baited and switched. They advertise cars that they do not have on their lot which is illegal, stay far away from this dealership.
Vince Minuta made my first car buying experience an excellent one. He helped every step of the way and didn’t pressure me into anything at all. His spirit and customer service was excellent. I give him 5 stars across the board.
Don't expect professionalism
We purchased a 2019 4Runner Off Road from this dealership and we are repeat Toyota owners. I will sum this up in one word: incompetent. After spending a day at the dealership where the sales person and finance manager both made multiple mistakes on the paperwork, they broke the cardinal rule: they called a week later demanding more money. After my wife had taken her new car, which she loved, and driven it for a week, to show friends, family, to the beach to drive in the sand...they were willing to kill the deal. The amount: $400. Over $400, they have lost any positive word of mouth (and social media has a BIG MOUTH) and a guaranteed repeat buyer (this is my fourth Toyota). The sale price of the car was $48k, and they needed $400 from me to make it work. On a car financed through Toyota. Unacceptable. There are too many Toyota dealerships and plenty of options to have a care delivered from a remote dealership to ever step foot through their doors again. Clearly they wanted the deal done and me out the door. Sloppy at best, crooked at worst. I'll never be back.
I want to thank Barry Whitlock, Service Manager for taking care of me and my car. My car wouldn't start and he sent someone to check it out and take me to the dealership. It needed a new battery. I have been using Fred Haas Toyota since 2005.
