Wish someone would've told me before going to get a car...

Wish someone would've told me before going to get a car here. They were nice and cool at first. I have only the 2014 Dodge Avenger for a week. First off, I took it to them on a Friday cuz my brakes jammed and it ran into a pole. Then, my brakes were squeaking. Also, the bumper hangs as the car had been in a wreck with the previous owner and they just threw the bumper back on. The cover came off cuz it wasn't secure up under the bumper. They promised to fix the bumper and when I took it to them on Friday, they promised I would my car back in a couple hours. It took them8 hours and they didn't do anything to a car cuz just this morning, my alternator went out while I was on the toll way leaving work. It caused my battery to die and now the car won't keep a charge. They told me I would get my car back today. That's a lie

Check your car out take some with you.

Sold me a car that had been in a flood while lying about it. Check engine light came on 2 hours later. Refusing to fix the problem. Don't let them rush you into buying car take your time. I would say don't buy from them.

So here is how they screwed me twice, take your tax refund somewhere else. Spent over three thousand dollars trying to get 2004 NISSAN SUV to pass inspection. Asked them to help get issues resolved, no help there. Finally I just gave it back, couldn't afford to get trying to repair and pay monthly car note. They discharged the loan for the entire price of the loan. Not the remaining balance, sent me a 1099C, having to claim this as unearned income. I know have a tax bill of almost 2500.00. So with the money im still paying on repairs and this tax bill Im 5000.00 in debt.

Not happy customer

Do not buy a car from here. The positive reviews are lies. I bought the car and immediately before I left the lot the headlights weren't working. The salesman said he would fix the next day and that was a lie. Today my car is overheating and both finance company wants there money and was super rude when i said my car needed to be fixed. Both the supervisor showed any empathy for my situation. They suck...better off saving your down payment and going to real car lot.

Wanting my personal Property!!!

I purchased a 2014 or 2015 KIA Optima in April 25, 2019. that same weekend, I took my old car and the KIA to get my system transferred from my old car to the KIA. After a few days, The KIA started to make a loud clacking noise, I took it back to Auto Maxx and they kept the car for 2 days and stated that the engine needed to be replaced. From that day, I've been trying to get only my amp and sub woofer out the trunk, but it's been almost a month and all I keep getting is run-around. The service center guy told the sales manager that I would have to wait until the KIA gets fixed and that my property is safe. I've been asking about my stuff for almost a month and to no prevail, they keep stalling. They put me in another car on May 25th, 2019, which was a 2014 Honda Sonata, and guess what, it shut off on me in less than an hour. I took it back and by this time I was still asking about my belongings! They were still stalling! On Memorial day. I was put in a 2014 Ford Fusion and continued to ask for my belongings and still got the run-around. Today, I had to explain, even stated to the sales manager that what was going on and why I'm bugging them about my belongings, didn't concern them, claim to call their service guy tomorrow! It's a bunch of bull! It's my first time dealing with them! All I want is my personal belongings and they keep trying to stall with me. They'll be hearing from my lawyer and I do have receipts for my belongings that they keep trying to stall me from!

Worst car dealer ever!

I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from this place the day after Christmas. The next day I had two flat tires not even a week later I started hearing the brakes squeak and realized that the brakes were gone all the way down to the rotor. They have a service team I was told to call just to be told he does not do brakes that I have to take it somewhere else and pay out of pocket. Every two weeks my payment are $210 on top of that, full coverage insurance of $250 that I made sure I had leaving off the lot and then they charge me an additional $40 fee for insurance even though I have my own insurance the car is worth less than $5,000 I purchased it for $15,000 it drives like it's worth less than $5,000. Over $600 a month including insurance for a trash vehicle. Not to mention it's now making some boiling noise when the car is sitting like water is boiling at the front of the vehicle. This is the dumbest decision I've ever made in my whole life do not buy here. You will thank me later. They will be getting there trash vehicle back!
