Unfortunately the experience went from what we thought was pleasant to miserable. This dealership has hidden costs that were not disclosed during negotiations. This leads me to think that they are dishonest brokers willing to hide fees for products not needed (LoJack). Walked away from purchase, too shady. At the end of all this, they wasted everyone’s time, which in this day is too valuable. If you do business with these people ask up front what added fees are associated with their cars, apparently LoJack is installed on every vehicle and they are charging thousands for it. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately the experience went from what we thought was pleasant to miserable. This dealership has hidden costs that were not disclosed during negotiations. No way,
The condition the exotic car I checked out was in poor selling condition.. I ruled them out. I was shocked. I have no idea what their goal was.. but selling wasn’t it. Simply no way to treat a fabulous car. I’d have zero confidence they’d know what was wrong with the car… and in 5 minutes I had a list.

Highly recommend
Definitely the best used car company around - highly recommended! I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.

Wonderful Experience
We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. I would buy again from them at anytime.

Buyers beware!
Went to Auto Quest with my wife to buy a used Mercedes 3 weeks ago. Found one we liked. Auto Quest claimed they thoroughly inspect all cars before they put them up for sale(highly doubt it after learning the condition of the the car later) . We went back with our trade-in and bought the Mercedes the next day. However, we didn't take delivery of the car because both tire pressure and check engine lights came on. Auto Quest agreed to fix them which they included on the due bill. After multiple follow ups, they finally informed us one week later that the check engine light was due to timing chain issue. I was told that since I bought the warranty, I can get it fixed under my warranty. BUT I need to wait for the 30 days grace period before claim can be honored(this was not disclosed to me when I purchased the warranty). They said just drive the car for 30 days, it won't hurt the car. Then get the timing chain fixed after 30 days. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Timing chain issues if not fix quickly can lead to catastrophic engine failure. As an auto dealer, they know that as well. However they still advise me to drive it for 30 days so the claim can go through. Otherwise I will have to pay for the repair out of pocket. I asked why I should fix it myself when this is their responsibility. This is on the DUE BILL which is part of the purchase contract. They said they can only "diagnose" the issue but can't not fix it. That is BS and they knew it. Eventually they fessed up the true reason, that is it will cost $3200 to fix so they are not going to do it. Real classy Auto Quest for acknowledging the issues but breaking your own promise to fix them. This is not how you do business! They end up wanting to undo the deal which we gladly accepted because we don't know what else might go wrong with the car. We finally received the deposit back (having to wait for another week). Now I'm waiting for them to return the books (owner's manual, maintenance schedule/guide) of my trade-in. Somehow they don't know where they stash them. I'm crossing my fingers that they will find them. But who am I kidding.

BUYER BEWARE
