Dick Hannah Volkswagen

I was not sure how to proceed with my previous 2011 Golf TDI because of the emissions issue. VW has not been very helpful and I felt hopeless. I talked with a few people at Dick Hannah and they stated they would work with me to come up with a good solution. I stated I was a VW fan and they did everything they could to make sure I stay a VW fan. This is now the 3 car I bought at Dick Hannah, I will always go back and recommend anyone to Dick Hannah and ask for Greg!

We had a great experience at Dick Hannah VW. It started with talking with Nicholas via email. He set everything up so when we arrived to purchase our Jetta, we were in and out in under 90 minutes. He was honest and thorough.

When I called Greg a bout a used car I knew my budget. I am ,single mother with 3 children living off a teachers salery. I hadn't bought a car in 6 years, I knew what I needed but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Greg was fantastic! I drove 6 cars in two days. He never pressured. I truly believed he had my best interests in mind and found the perfect car for my children and I I'm my price range.

He simply answered our questions, and made sure our needs were met without any hassles. We left with a car that we are so happy with, and know that we will return to see George whenever we need anything. Great customer service is the #1 priority to us, and we got it at Dick Hannah Volkswagen and George. When our plates arrived, George had them put them on for us.

Our car had been totaled so we had to purchase a car quickly. After some disappointing experiences at other lots we connected with Nick at Dick Hannah VW. We found the car we wanted but just weren't ready to finalize it yet, we needed to sleep on it. We were assured that the offer would be valid for 24 hours assuming the car was still available. I was referred to Greg at Dick Hannah VW by my fiancé. I was apprehensive at first, because car salesman have a stigma.. I have to say I was so very impressed by the facilities and Greg took the best care of us and it was so fast! We will only buy from Greg from now on.

As we all start to buy a car we are nervous yet excited. We know it's what we want, yet is this the right car. The whole time since he had to drive all the way to portland to get this car. Dimitry Makhanov did a great job helping me find the right car. I absolutely love my 2016 Jetta SEL. It is the perfect car for my family! I have always had Volkswagens and this is the best one yet!
