First Car Purchase - Couldn't have gone smoother!

I have no idea what happened with all the poor reviews. My experience with Jay and everyone else at Perfect Auto was wonderful. This was my first car purchase strictly in my name. It's a big decision and was nerve racking. They helped me make it easy and stress free. Plus I love my 2017 Subaru Legacy!!!

My fault/taken advantage of...buyer beware!

First, let me start by saying that I am at fault because I did not take the time to review buy order written by Jay Khan and I did not review all financial docs thoroughly before initialing/signing. That being said I lost thousands on a car transaction with this dealership because Mr. Khan took advantage of a senior citizen (my senior moment) and it was not necessary because we had agreed on a fair price for the vehicle (2018 Volvo listed for $27,899-Jay Khan agreed to reduce price by $699-total sale price of vehicle $27,200-down payment from me $4000-financing SHOULD BE 23, 2000). Jay Khan wrote the deal to reflect me paying/financing $27,200 (by writing my down pay into cost of vehicle, taxes, tags, licensing and fees) which was not what we agreed upon but like I said I am at fault for not reading the buy order correctly. I am 61 yrs old and my mental faculties are truly not what they used to be...chalk on major win up for Mr. Jay Khan & Perfect Auto. So my advice (especially if you deal with Mr. Jay Khan is before you sign anything REVIEW THE BUY ORDER! Do not go into the financial office until he shows you the document he is submitting to his financal officer. Again this was negligence on my part for moving on a deal he wrote up and NOT REVIEWING the numbers/buy order properly so it was Jay Khan's gain and a devastating loss to me and my family. I believe Mr. Khan will face similar karma in the future but today because of my stupidity Jay Khan & Perfect Auto are the beneficiaries...

Dishonest. LEMONS for Sale!!!

Dishonest Dealership. They sell LEMONS 🍋!!!! I purchased a 2016 Range Rover from Perfect Auto in 11/2021. Immediately the truck experienced issues for which I sought mechanical repairs. I spent over $3000 in repair and tow fees to ultimately find out the truck needed a NEW ENGINE. The cost totaled $25,000 to repair the engine. The car clearly had issues when it was sold to me, however the dealership represented the car to me as in Perfect condition. The dealership insisted that I purchase a warranty, which costs me another $5,000,’however the warranty company didn’t cover the total replacement of the engine. They indicated that it was above their price point and they wanted me to use a rebuilt engine from some shop online and let a random foreign repair shop perform the work. When I declined and took the truck to Land Rover the warranty company only feted to pay a portion o the bill. Subsequently, I reached out the the original dealership for help with the repairs and was given the run around about costs and they indicated it was my choice to go to Land Rover, so in fact it was my problem to pay for it. I’m divided and hurt my the treatment and lack of empathy on the warranty company as well as the dealership. Basically they sold me a Lemon and they don’t want to be accountable because I signed as “AS IS” contract. To date, I am out of pocket ($15K cash down payment) and ($3000 in repairs and tows) and I still have an outstanding $9,000 with Land Rover to finish the repairs on the engine. This car has been in the shop for 5 months and I haven’t driven it over 100 miles since I purchased it. Although I’ve been paying the eddy car note on the vehicle since December. I was left holding the bag and no one cared.

Experience of a lifetime - kudos to Farhan

Farhan is running an exceptional business as one of the owners. He is very humble but knowledgeable, smart but courteous, realizes your needs and delivers accordingly, promises and over delivers, friendly and honest -- Integrity to the hilt. Exceptional things to mention: 1 - extended test drives for an hour 2- Letting you take the car for hours for pre-purchase checks with BMW dealer - I bought a 2014 535i Xdrive - twin-turbo and I took it to Fairfax BMW for full detailed check - answer from the dealer -- great condition nothing to do, just drive and enjoy 3 - 30 day Guarantee on the engine and drive train but you can take it back to him if you feel uncomfortable with any out-of-place noise or so, and he will check for free in a 30 day period. I will refer all my friends to look at this dealership before going anywhere if they are in the market for a luxury used car. I made a friend today.

No sure what you want here

Worked with Alex who was great. Low pressure, informative and responsive to all of my questions. Got back to me when promised and worked to get me a higher offer on my trade.

Car purchase fro Perfect Auto

Very good experience. Very efficient, smooth process. I liked that I could drive the vehicle by myself and take as long as I wanted. Sales person was good and worked with me on the deal.

DO NOT COME HERE

I've been talking to these guys for 2 weeks letting them know the exact day I would be coming down from Philadelphia which is over a 2 hour drive, I finally get to this place and they sold the car. If your I would stay away from these guys apparently they are in desperate need of sales that they dont honor commitment, no sense of communication. Do not bother with these guys

Perfect auto - priority

From initial text contact to the purchase of the vehicle, the dealership from salesman to finance was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and accomodatiing making the purchasing experience so well worth the 472 round trip drive. The level of available cars will definitely make this my used car dealer of choice for my next purchase. A must place to consider before buying elsewhere!

Good service

Staff was friendly. Helped me find the car I was looking at and wanted. The buying process was easy. During the time of the pandemic, things were clean, staff wore masks.
