Google Review — Perfect Auto ⭐ 1 STAR — A VEHICLE PURCHASE I DEEPLY REGRET My experience purchasing a 2017 Porsche Macan S from Perfect Auto ultimately became one of the worst vehicle ownership experiences I have ever had. After purchasing the Porsche, multiple serious concerns surfaced that left me questioning the condition in which this vehicle was sold. The problems included issues involving the braking system, prior repair/maintenance concerns, a missing wheel-lock key, inspection-related concerns, and ultimately an engine oil leak/gasket-related problem. I did not simply assume something was wrong. I had the Porsche evaluated by reputable automotive professionals, including Porsche service professionals and Coho Automotive. The problems became extraordinarily expensive. At one point, I was facing an estimate of approximately $11,000 involving the engine oil-leak/gasket issue, in addition to approximately $8,000 in brake and other work that had been identified. I ultimately spent approximately $4,635 at Coho Automotive on brake-related repairs alone, including complications involving a failed knuckle bolt. I tried to maintain and repair this Porsche because I had a substantial loan attached to it. Unfortunately, I eventually reached the point where I could no longer justify continuing to pour thousands of dollars into a vehicle I had lost confidence in. The saddest part is that I genuinely wanted this Porsche to work out. Instead, after everything my family went through with it, I ultimately made the difficult decision to voluntarily surrender the vehicle to the lender and accept the possibility of owing the remaining deficiency after it is sold. That should tell prospective customers how serious this became. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a used luxury/performance vehicle from Perfect Auto to have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified specialist BEFORE signing anything, regardless of what inspection, warranty, or condition representations you are given. I wish I had done more before purchasing this Porsche.

I had a great experience buying my Audi Q5 at Perfect Auto. My salesperson Gee, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. The finance manager, Ben, made the paperwork quick and easy w/o any hidden fees. Definitely recommend them!

Perfect Auto was perfect and Jimmy was fantastic! From my first inquiry to the test drive to walking away with a new car, Jimmy provided a buyer friendly atmosphere and never pushed. He was authentic in a world filled with dishonesty and we appreciated that very much. I also want to shout out Alex who helped us through the financial part of it. His demeanor and approach also helped to ease our concerns. Overall, you can't go wrong with these two or Perfect Auto in general. I couldn’t leave a more positive review. The communication was exceptional, direct and purposeful from the beginning. The car we had hoped to see was waiting for us when we got there and ready to test drive. We drove home with the car that was described accurately within an hour of arriving. There was no fluff, no wasted time and it was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve had. I can’t say enough positive things about our salesperson Gee. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful of our time. We will absolutely come back when we need to purchase another vehicle and it is worth the 30 minute drive from Vienna in spades. For anyone who has been run around in circles by the dealers in Tysons, do yourself a favor and go to Manassas. Ask for Gee. You will be so happy you did.

I was greeted with a smile and a handshake upon exiting my vehicle. A gentleman named G retrieved keys for 3 vehicles I was interested in and i took a test drive. The finance process was quick and efficient. I was driving off the lot in less than 2 hrs with a Great Audi Q5. The team at Perfect Auto made this a Perfect Auto experience for me. I highly recommend!
