AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I loved my experience with West Mitsubishi! Gary was so patient and kind!!! I had sent in a request for more information the 2019 Outlander PHEV GT, and was contacted by Gary, he was incredibly respectful and patient, not pushy at all! I fell in love with Mitsubishi’s almost 19 months ago and knew that if I was going to get an EV it would be Mitsubishi made. Gary made time to meet with me, let me test drive the EV of my dreams. He explained some of the highlighted features of this amazing EV and it just sealed the deal! Gary then put me into the hands of Victor who was respectful, kind, patient, dedicated, and just overall amazing. He asked me some questions to be able to best determine how to help me get into my dream EV, and did not try to sell me another vehicle to just make a sale. Victor was able to get me approved, they accepted my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander SE as a trade in, he and Gary ensured that all of the rebates and credits available for me were captured and applied to get me the best deal. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for their hard work, and dedication to amazing customer service!!! Victor took me to get my first oil change scheduled, and was introduced to Darrin, who gave me a Dutch Bros gift card, showing again West Mitsubishi’s dedication to AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Victor gave my mother and I one last gift before parting, the keys to my new Outlander PHEV GT and a jar of the local honey, available for sale. With the COVID 19 crisis, not many may be looking for new cars, but if you are buy West Mitsubishi! They are local, 30 years of car selling and customer service experience! Great Customer service. West Mitsubishi (Gary) made the purchase go smooth and quick unlike other dealerships that make you sit for hours while they prepare all of the paperwork. I recommend to anyone that is shopping around or thinking of a new car to stop here first.
