I dealt with Sergio the salesman, he was very forthcoming knowledgeable and very very helpful. Not only will I recommend this dealership to other contractors but I will definitely buy my future beautiful from him and his dealership. Walked Away!!!
We went to look at a car, that was our final choice. Was greeted by a young guy who didn't seem to know much about the car. I asked to test drive the car but was told I can't unless I'm going to purchase the car. We were told that they didn't want to test drive the car because of liability, which I kinda understood but not really. When going back & forth about liability, he finally grabbed the keys to the car. When he came out, he proceeded to light up a cigarette in front of us, which in my opinion, in a bad decision to do when you're trying to make a sale. We popped the hood, underneath was questionable. Then he proceeded to go back & forth about makes of cars with us. This kid clearly had no idea what he was talking about and seemed to not want to sell us the car. So we walked away bc we felt uncomfortable with this kid. I don't know how they are with every person they come across, but our experience was the WORST THING EVER!!!!

The best
their office looked small. they were a little hard to find until I gave up and called. Guy answered the phone, told me how to get to them and then I understood why they are so small, its because they are personal. They make you feel comfortable, unlike most other dealers they make buying seem easy. financed me in half an hour and had me walking out with my new car moments later it felt. The guy there although young had interacted on much higher intellectual levels and that gave me peace of mind. Keep it up, your bound for greatness! -kent

AMAZING DEALS!!!
I want to start off by saying their general manager Anthony is a straight up asset to have. This guy answers the phone on 4th of July weekend at night and then tells me everything about the vehicles I was interested in. Very knowledgeable about every car on the lot. Their numbers are unbelievable, and best part is, the numbers are real!!! They do not mislead, and don't bait the customers with their prices. What you see is what you get! If you call at 10am or 10pm you are sure to get a response from someone, and if you leave a message its a response in a reasonable amount of time! Never going to another dealership again!!! Buy here, call here, ask for Anthony he will set you up.

Not as good as their word
I negotiated to purchase a vehicle including the cost of shipping. Basically they wouldn't move as much as I wanted on the vehicle price but softened the deal by offering a great deal on shipping. When it came down to it they had trouble shipping the vehicle for the price they offered and wouldn't honor the deal we agreed on. They wouldn't even split the difference. Instead they claimed I originally asked to have the vehicle shipped to Chicago not Colorado (clearly I know where I want the vehicle shipped. They agreed that was the deal we had agreed on but wouldn't honor their word. If you make any agreement. Get it in writing. Obviously I was naive to think a used car dealer wouldn't behave like you expect from a used car dealer.

Jamie, we are sorry for your bad experience. We had originally spoke and we had mentioned that we are not in any way associated with a shipping company and gave you a rough estimate as to how much shipping the vehicle would be. As time went on, we had several shippers who were uninsured and wanted to take the vehicle however because we don't want any issues in transit we require shippers to have full coverage on the cargo. When we received an offer which was slightly more then we had originally agreed, we had contacted you in order to see if you were okay with the new price or wanted to wait further till a different company would take the van for a lesser price. We then met in the middle. The original estimate you were told was $800, the shipper gave an offer of $1200, and we arranged for the final shipping cost to come to $1000. Our customer service department answered your phone calls hours before and after our regular operating hours, and we made sure the buying process was as simple and easy as possible. Bad Vibe - Didn't Buy
I was excited about viewing a particular car here, and it was still available when I arrived. However, I was greeted by a stoic, near-silent single employee who would tell me next to nothing about the car, sat with me on the test drive without saying a word, and then told me that he wouldn't take a trade-in or negotiate on the price at all. The net effect was just sketchy, and I didn't want to buy from a place where I felt like I would have no recourse and no one to talk to if something went wrong. I'm sure some people have found great deals here, but it's definitely the kind of place that you buy from at your own risk.

To all our customers! We have been scratching our heads all morning trying to remember which trade in we didn't take. And the truth is there were none in past 10 days. So who ever this person is, i think he or she just didn't like the trade in value that was offered for the car. We are reasonable dealer, with reasonable prices and unfortunately can not satisfy customers with delusional sense of value for their own clunkers. Or in worse case scenario which unfortunately happens a lot, our competitors just go that low to sabotage our ratings. Again thank you for your time. All our customers are valued and deeply appreciated.

Unless you have 3-5k to shell out on repairs don't buy here. Everything is wrong with the car and it lasted three whole days! The toyota dealership it now lives in cannot fix the problems yet because this dealership wiped out the computer codes to figure out the major problems. The "minor" problems have cost me 2k thus far and it STILL can't pass inspection or be driven. They used just enough twine and bubblegum to get me over the bridge but the entire duration of ownership it has lived in the shop. It can't pass inspection.... don't buy here-lemon law wont cover cars over 7 years old.. prepare to shell out a ton of cash.
