Worked with Dave via the phone before making the 100 mile drive to view the car. He was very up front about the cost of the vehicle and what he was willing to do on price. I wasnt able to make it down for 5 days but I left a $500 deposit with Dave and he held the car for me. Car was in great shape when I went to see him. It was a 2003 Lexus IS300 with 99k miles. Took a test drive and everything drove great. Paperwork was handled in 15 minutes and I had a title mailed to me within a couple days. Overall experience was very good. Dave was a solid, honest guy who made the process really quick and easy. Would definitely recommend using this dealership to my friends/family.

Sold a substandard car, provides no support!
I bought a car from this dealer, and have had a frustrating experience. When I went there to first look at the car, the dealer was full of sweet talk, and sounded very fair & supportive. But I felt everything vanished all of a sudden as soon as I paid the advance. On the day I bought the car, the dealer said he will mail the Title to my address. I made a mistake by not realizing that my Driver's license had my old address. I waited for quite some time, and then realized that the title was sent to my old address. When I called the dealer to ask for help, he did not sound to be willing to help me. I felt as if I had to beg him to have him apply for a duplicate title. I understand that it was my mistake but unfortunately the dealer could only apply for a duplicate title in my case. But the dealer was not responsive enough to apply for a duplicate title until my temporary registration expired. I could not get a Pennsylvania registration without a title. I have a family/kid, and I don?t have to explain how much I suffered without a car this winter. Since I felt that the dealer was not responsive over the phone, I went to the dealer's office in person but then he asked me "Why did you come?". By the time the dealer agreed to process the duplicate title, I got my original title delivered in the mail. All these confusions easily took about a month before I could get a PA registration. When I took the vehicle to the inspection, it failed. The auto service guys (@ pep boys) say that I need to replace both the struts, and several other things which would cost me about $1,050 (approx.). When I called the dealer about this, he said it will not be covered under the 3 month/3000 mile Engine & Transmission warranty. When I asked him if he can at least help me replace just the struts, he said he would check with someone else and call me first thing in the morning next day which he never did. I tried calling him several times, and left voice message but he never responded back to me yet. The struts may not be covered by the Engine & Transmission warranty but as a layman I think it?s a fair expectation that my vehicle must at least pass the state inspection without me having to spend a lot. In fact, just before I bought the car, the dealer (Dave) "verbally" promised me that he would cover me if I end up spending a lot during my state inspection. It's my mistake that I did not get this in writing. I put my hard earned money in buying this car, and I still haven't paid my car loan back. Now I need to spend a lot of money again to fix this defective car. I cannot sell the car now without losing a lot of money because nobody might buy this defective vehicle unless it is fixed. If I had known that this is the kind of support I would get from this dealer, I would have stayed away. The bottom-line is I understand that not every used car is perfect but I think the support from the dealer after sales matters a lot. I don?t feel that I made a right decision buying the car from this dealer.

Dear Victim, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. First off I want to address the title issue. In order to obtain a duplicate title there is an extensive process only because a title is such an important document. It takes approximately a month for just the backround of things to happen. By you saying you have received your original title was actually a person here on the lot calling all the post offices and sorting facilities and trying to track down this package which was sent to the wrong address. To address the service issue, we recommend going to a reputable mechanic to have any work done. We offer a powertrain warrantee which covers engine and transmission only, it is completely up to you if you want to extend that into bumper to bumper warrantee. Every used car is not perfect and we do inspect for most things and have it taken to our mechanic who looks over every vehicle and examines them individually. We welcome every customer to call us if they have any issues or problems after the sale in order to assist you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience however we can not be blamed for the length of time it took to get you a car title simply because it was not our fault the drivers license had the wrong address. Rt 73 Auto Mall has a nice inventory of used luxury, family and sport vehicles plus SUV's and some commercial vehicles. They specialize in imports and certain high-end domestic vehicles. First I went on their website and picked 4-5 vehciles I might be interested in. Then I stopped by and looked the cars over. The vehicles looked better than the website photos, not the other way around. You know? Have you ever seen used car pics on a website and then been disppointed by the vehicles in person? Anyway, I chose between a Suzuki SUV, a Honda SUV and a Volkswagen Passat sedan. I decided on the used Passat! It's in great condition inside and out. I got a price that was nicer than the sticker price and everything was easy going. The owners had a range of financing referrals. I decided to use one of their referrals. Dave and all the guys were friendly and efficient. They offer a range of prices. They offer low milieage and high mileage vehicles mostly between 2005 and 2012. And they have the top makes and models you will want to look at. Lots of options! If you live in the central or southern NJ or the Philly region you should definitiely view the inventory, make a call, and stop in at Rt 73 Auto Mall. Signed, A Real LIve Customer... 2006 BMW 5 series bought and never been happier
went in to buy a nice sporty car. we talked to David and he was very nice. I loved his honesty. he was extremely honest about the car, repairs, and what warranty to get. he gave us a great deal on the car and worked with our asking price. we went to other dealer and looked around and we saw he gave us the best deal possible. I will definitely buy again from him no questions asked! i highly recommend him to everyone. Love my new BMW

Bad service and people skills!
I called about a high end car that looked real good in the picture. The guy told me that it would be there cleaned up and ready for me. So I brought my family and went to look at the car and it was terrible to say the least. The inside interior was missing parts. The (Russian) accent guy told me that they ordered the part and it should be in soon. It needed every thing.Then he said the car looks good to him and if i didn't like i could go some where else!

DON'T BOTHER
I was in contact with Dennis for about a week about a 2005 Audi A4 that I was really interested in. The dealer is almost 3 hours away so the night before I called to make sure the car was going to be there the next morning and I was told it would be. The next day I drove 3 hours to the dealer to find that the car wasn't there. The other guy working (the one with the Russian accent) told me the car was at a shop 20 minutes away. He refused to bring the car back to the dealer for us to look at he told me I could drive to the shop, look at the car, then drive back to the dealer. At this point I was furious. The guy working could obviously care less about making a sale. I had the cash in my pocket ready to buy the car. So we drove the 3 hours back home without even seeing the car. I called a few days later and talked to Dennis. He apologized about the car not being there and said he would leave a message for the owner to call me. Well, no call from the owner. Do not waste your time going here. Dennis seemed like a good guy (of course he wasn't working the day we went) but the other sales person was very rude and could care less about making a customer happy. Save time and go to a used dealer that actually cares about customer service and about selling their cars. ALSO the price shown on the actual car at the lot is over a thousand dollars more than the price shown on cars.com

I am Dennis and have never talked with this gentleman. Again he stated that he spoke with Dennis about leaving a message for the owner, but in fact Dennis is the owner so I don't know who he spoke with. Maybe the customer got us mixed up with another dealer. We care about our customers and have great reviews from others. Our staff treats all of the customers with the same respect, but not everyone can be pleased. Regarding the cost of the vehicle, the price shown on cars.com is an actual price with out any hidden fees.

i was helped by Dave and he was such a great and funny person. he was 100% honest with me and showed me the car facts of the car, the day i picked up the car my window got stuck and they fixed it at no cost or hesitation.
