I took my truck in for scheduled maintenance.

I took my truck in for scheduled maintenance. I was greeted by Kim Hillyer. She was my Service Advisor for my visit. Kim worked with me to get the best price on the tires, and explained everything that was being done with my truck and answered any questions that I had.

Vehicle was represented as having been in an accident,

Vehicle was represented as having been in an accident, was told it was a front end collision, but it's obvious now that it is light out that the vehicle had damage to both the front and the rear. Paint job in rear is not the pearl white. Dealer knew and said nothing. Didn't deal with service or home delivery but had to rate anyway as this doesn't allow skipping. Also, clean up prep was very poor, MGT is not checking their work.

Bought a 2010 GMC Savanna as is Next day key locked up

Bought a 2010 GMC Savanna as is Next day key locked up would not turn Talked to sales. Sierra Dieble called back she sent someone to come get van put in a new ignition and brought it back She was very nice and knowable about everything. Thant You To everyone involved
