PEOPLE ON THE PHONE KIND OF RUDE

it's been close to a month now and still waiting for the title not very good need more respect for the customers but i guess that will never happen

Consistently Terrible Experience

My experience with this dealership started in 2016 when I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus hatch back. When I purchased the vehicle I was aware that the transmission was an issue but I didn't realize that it was going to be replaced as frequently as every 6 months. I had this vehicle for a total of 2 years and the reason I got rid of it was because I was going to replace the transmission for the third time since I had the vehicle fifth time in the entirety of its whole life. (so this vehicle is a 2014 and by 2018 the transmission had been replaced about 6 times) I later discovered that there was a lawsuit against ford for this particular vehicle and the dates and year fell in line with the vehicle I had purchased. However, Ford did not think it was their responsibility to replace this vehicle or reimburse me for the 12,000 dollars I stilled owed on this vehicle and would only give me 4k for the trade. This is where my relationship with ford was severed. They told me my vehicle wasn't a lemon there was nothing they could do or plan on doing so they sold me a brand new 2018 Eco Sport and brought my 12,000 dollars of negative equity in this loan instead. After they told me that my vehicle would be going to auction to get rid of I later saw my vehicle listed on their website for $8,000. So now this hunk of junk that is recalled, claimed to be a lemon by ford, is now being sold with all the same problems to a 3rd party. The only person making out in this situation is ford, they sold it for sticker, than sold it to me for 12k, then sold it to someone else for 8k knowing good and well that that vehicle will never have a permanent owner because the vehicle is a lemon. (This is terrible business, I have no idea how these people can consciously screw people over and just rake money in on a faulty vehicle. so moving forward to now, I just recently traded in my 2018 Eco Sport that I was paying a $409.00 a month payment on, had to put 4k down to get and needed a co-signer for. (clearly not happy about all of the money I have given to this company for literal crap vehicles.) My Eco Sport was already making shuttering noises from the vents when I would turn the vehicle on. So this time I decided I will never be buying a ford again, and I definitely am not going back to this place for a 3rd time to get screwed over into something else. So I found a new vehicle and switched brands, in the mean time I wanted the money back for my gap coverage and extended warranty. When I called the guy originally tried to tell me that I didn't buy extended warranty even though it clearly states it on my purchase order that I did. So the new finance guy can't find it, swears up and down I didn't have it, just to come back and tell me that he found it. So I thought that I was finally getting somewhere, at least away from this xxxx show. A couple weeks pass and I received my gap coverage check, but not my extended warranty. I was quoted that my Gap and Extended would be around 1100$ so they know I have both. But now were back to them telling me I only have gap and they will look into it. This whole experience is just unreal. Ford honestly doesn't care if you have a running vehicle or not. they just care that they take your money, and screw people into vehicles they know aren't good just to put them in costly loans and burry them in negative equity because they are manufacturing vehicles with bad parts and still selling them. This place is just bad news anyway you look at it. The original finance manager who sold me my eco sport messed up my paperwork and I had to come back days later and resign. I assume this is the reason that they can't find my extended warranty because there are two sets of my papers laying around at the dealership. I wish I could say posting this review makes me feel better, but it doesn't.

2018 Escape yearly service appointment

Had the WORKS performed at 17000 miles. If this lockdown keeps up it will be another year before I need to service the vehicle again.
