Sierra Dieble, my Spitzer Ford Hartville service rep did

Sierra Dieble, my Spitzer Ford Hartville service rep did a fine job in getting my truck in for a recall item in a satisfactory time that met my busy schedule. I was offered a ride to a nearby coffeehouse but I didn’t take her up on the offer as I could easily walk there. The repairs were made in the time that Sierra estimated and she explained what the mechanic did.

Worked with Brody G. And Mike S. and they were both great! Planned to test drive one car when I got there and it had already sold. Brody suggested another vehicle, which we ended up buying. He and Mike made the process super easy. Would definitely recommend them!
